You're right, the pics online do NOT do this pallete justice. It looks so good in these videos, it must look even better in person. I hadn't bought a Tarte pallete in years as well and I bought the Tartelet Juicy pallete a couple months ago. How did I forget how great Tarte is??? Urban Decay, Too Faced, Lorac, and Tarte were all the high end I used until I discovered TH-cam. They were all I really knew about.

Oh my goodness! The third eye look is my fave and one of my all time fave looks of yours 😮 I don’t have this palette but I made a note to try that combination with my other palettes. My next favorite was the first one. All the looks were pretty though and that PSL liquid lipstick was stunning on you ❤❤❤

I’m a sucker for that matte black with embossed leopard print. I wasn’t in the market for yet ANOTHER palette, especially since I’ve been experiencing new makeup vicariously through you without having to commit to the purchase, so thank you for really putting these eyeshadows to the test with all the different looks! 🙏🏽 Ugh but that packaging… I just pulled the trigger and used up my points to get it and I can’t wait!

Ok, after watching this video I know for a fact I don’t need this palette. I have most of the palettes you used for the comparisons, so the only way to justify buying it would be comes Black Friday they have it at 50% off, or I save up enough points. I have to say, the last palette I bought from Tarte was either that Unleashed or the one with the turtle swimming in glitter. So it’s been a while. They usually play so safe and boring, I never pay attention. Probably why I didn’t see this one being sneak peaked or anything. It does look gorgeous, albeit neutral. That first shimmer you used, the orange one, caught my eye on another video and it reminded me of a shimmer from the Bh Amalfi palette. Super pretty and it completely made look number 1. I loved some of the e tons in the palette. That Lust shade specially. But it’s only the beginning of the holiday releases, so I better sit tight and wait for all the sales 😂 Hope you get those eyelids a break. 7 looks in one day is a big commitment!

All was well until you started blending with your makeup brush. He launched at the screen and really made me jump. Maybe the theme of the pallette went to his head 🤣🐾🐾That ended his viewing for the day. Getting back to the makeup,I think two faced has a lot of competition with one. Great review as always xxxxx

Tarte's Rainforest Temptations is an abbreviated version of this one. I think it came out last year (or so). It's one of the round palettes and has a blush in the middle. Just lovely.

Hey Steff, you look pretty & I love your lipstick. The outer packaging is very pretty & the colors are very pretty on the palette. The maneater mascara is pretty good. Wow! 7 looks in one day is a lot. Love your dedication. Look 1 is pretty & I like the accent lashes. Look 2 is pretty too & so are the last 2. The 3rd look with the black green & gold is super pretty but my fave is the 4th look. It’s perfect for Fall too. Great dupes. I definitely like the Tarte more than the TF too. FW & have a great day

It actually does look a lot like a Revolution palette from their savanna line (can't remember the name of it, but it's with tigers, zebras and so on) 🦁🐯🦓
The only Tarte palette I've ever tried is the Swamp Queen collab with Bunny (Graveyard girl) and I still own it but rarely use it. 🙃

They just brought this out of left field. Nothing on the website yet... This seems to have really nice shimmers. They released a Maneater face palette early 2021 w 4 shadows that had 2 really pretty shiny shimmers that looked just like these. Same embossing.
It was very much overlooked but is actually gorgeous and great quality.. It was better than most other releases that got attention.
I’m surprised QVC doesn’t have it yet? They usually get the new Tarte stuff. Happy I was able to grab it at Ulta though!
I'm really interested in this palette, not bought a Tarte palette since the Juicy palette which i love because it's so quick and easy. So I'll wait for a sale then pick it up

This is the first palette Tarte released in years that has caught my attention. I am only turned off by the fact is big and I have kind of signed out of getting big palettes but the quality is amazing and I love the packaging. You did a beautiful job as always Steff 👍👍

I love how you say "I know I'm supposed to using as many colors as I can". Girl it's your channel and your looks you do what you want 😂 I'm here for your content regardless. I do think this palette is a big step for tarte and is probably great for their audience who want a pop of color. But I think if you take out the yellow and green, it looks like every other tarte palette.

I've never bought any of Tarte's shadows. They never looked particularly interesting to me. This palette is an exception. The shades look gorgeous and I think I can use the pink-reddish colors, which I usually avoid because they make me look like I have an eye disease. The shimmers don't look too intense and glittery for my "mature" lids either. I've been on the lookout for new palettes with a good balance of mattes and shimmers, as well as neutrals and fun colors. I may get this one. It's hard to choose because there are so many palettes out there with beautiful colors. I can start consuming men if I get the Tarte palette!

Hmm.... I like the pop of green in the palette, but when thinking of using it, that's kind of a hard green to mix w those other colors. It's too bad they didn't have a green or green-gold shimmer to tie the green to the other shades more easily.
Another good comparison is the Sigma Untamed palette. No oranges, but u get burnt reddish shades. I love the balance, versatility, and depth range of the color story. Plus the formula is great, it's relatively compact, and u get one of my fav Sigma brushes - the versatile, dual ended brush that only comes in the palettes. I actually bought the Untamed when it was on sale mostly for the brush, lol. Got lucky that I ended up loving the palette too (bc the Cor de Rosa was too red-leaning, so I was disappointed w my first palette). Ppl must be really scared of color tho... Bc Untamed is always on sale for $29, but there's nothing wrong w the quality. Totally underrated palette. 🙏🏼☺️
