Who want to become a Good teacher he /she have ability to face any interview but corruption is increasing day by day in our nation , we can't get job through the interview bcoz some poor aspirants will not give this job through interview that's why , interview has cancelled in grade B , grade c exams , but who give the garraunty that , vacancies will go with transparency ?? if govt have any idea to eradicate the corruption then they will try this job with interview but if poor aspirant will not get this job due to interview,then this process will a disasters for poor aspirants bcoz they have no money 😢😢

Private schools ke management ko instructions dena chahiye about teachers welfare and salary.these schools take more work from Teachers . this point also should be include in new education policy.

Responsible for every act of the child whether performed in school or home.
A teacher is not given opportunities to teach
But the teacher is given trivial works which are beyond his reach but still he/she manages to complete.
Presently teaching job is not about teaching only.
For people its the job of 6 hours but actually it is 24x7
