👍Based ground of this act is 86th CA 2002 under this amendment article 21a added in our constitution as a FR
Total chapter in RTE- 7
👍Chapter 4of RTE act talks about responsibility of parents
👍Total section under RTE-38
👍Under RTE age group of 6 to 14 years childrens are covered but incase of disabled children age group is 6to 18 years
👍Student teacher ratio for primary school

For upper primary school

(Not exceed 40:1 on both cases)
👍Hours of working for teacher
200 for primary teacher
220 for upper primary teacher
( 45 hours in a week)
