Clear cases always look awful after use, and the wallet case doesn't even close properly. I don't know the actual drop test results of the clear case, but I know they use a harder material than the silicone, which can lead to scratching on aluminum during application, and removal. I think the best choice is the silicone case, since they line the inside with microfiber, but if you drop your phone on concrete often I think the clear case will survive that fall more often.

is the regular clear case worth it? (in terms of protection) or should i buy one with a rubber-ish material? (always thought it protects a bit better)
