But of course, remakes are never as good as the original. So it's more "living down" than "living up"

I felt a bit of bait and switch. The picture of a space ship that looked like Antman's enlarged helmet conversion to me, I didn't see anywhere in the video. Did I miss it? Someone let me know if I did. Otherwise it was a picture totally unrelated that was trying to get clicks.

If you take it frame by frame, when the helmet opens you see the teeth from a skull underneath, so it isn't just the suit.

Watching the Borderlands trailer ( and several others ) reminds me of how many people in Holllywood think they can do humor, and has me wondering why they aren’t on the bread line.
Also it’s sad how many people base what movies they watch on parasocial relationships with actors they’ve never met.

I wanted to be excited but... Borderlands looks like a genuinely unpleasant watch. You know when the people cutting the trailer think that "It's in my mouth!" is the show-stopping, big-beat funny trailer line that something isn't right.
