What does brja setup done without an additional input mean and another question
Do the brJa into 7D os work when you react to the super or do you just input them either way? I try inputting 7D without the dummy doing super and he still does the backdash anyway

how do i practice this in training mode?

I did this by recording the setup with Valk. You can then manually control the other character and DP/Reversal as needed.
