For 16 pieces (~ 500g):
200g of cottage cheese
1 egg
60-70g sugar
30ml vegetable oil ( 3 tbsp. l)
~ 310g flour
1 tsp vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
cherry (raisin) for decoration
Bake in a preheated 180° C oven for ~ 15-20 minutes. The baking time depends on the characteristics of your oven.
