I bought the queen luxebreeze Firm mattress. Unfortunately after washing the renovable cover I may have ruined it by placing in dryer. It now doesn't feel cool at all. Is there a way I can purchase the cover alone to get the cool breeze feeling again? Mattress is hot otherwise.
We have a soft lux-adapt...its not soft. We have had it for a year now and no go. The ones in the store were soft, likely because people sit on them all day, but even with leaving on books and weights, its still hard as a rock. I do NOT recommend. We both sit on top of the mattress, zero sinkage. We are banishing it to the guest room and going w/ a Helix.
I returned my luxe soft for a luxe firm cause I have herniated disks and the soft was way too soft. Hips sank too much compared to back. The firm is perfect. Interesting that yours didn’t conform or sink. Hope whatever you have no is working better for you.
Their customer service is awful!! I bought the bed adjustments. The installer left all the cords hanging under the bed which I didn’t know. My dog chewed the parts. I called and told them, saying I wanted the part even though it wasn’t covered under warranty. They insisted I had to have their tech install in order to send me the part at all, so reluctantly I paid for both! The installer came after convenient scheduling only to him, and then said he couldn’t install it unless I moved the mattress out of the way for him! No prior notice! He left. I called the company back and they sent an email (no live person to talk to to work this out) saying they’d send the part, but no refund on the service even though he did nothing AND the warranty would be void. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they will just take your money and you get very little from them!!!😡😡😡😡
You're spamming every video with your tantrum because your dog isn't trained properly and now you're paying the price for him chewing up your bed. Not one person is going to avoid buying a bed because of your dog or a tech that you expected to cater to you. You sound highly entitled.

I really want breeze but they don’t offer it in full size. I really don’t get why
