For 7 years I only pulled conventional, and thought Sumo was cheating. I was stuck at the same PR for two years. I decided to give Sumo a try because I was told it could help conventional, so I dropped conventional and pulled Sumo twice a week for 12 weeks and pulled a new PR. I'm no longer one side vs the other....I'm all for whichever you're most comfortable with
I did 300lb more by doing sumo... Wayyyyyyy easy.. Went from a 700lb lift to a 1,000

A basic deadlift technique is simple but this was very clear. After nailing this technique the only way u can improve your deadlift is to do more deadlifts... like anything the more you do it the better you get.

I can sumo dead lift 300lbs more then reg dead lift stance.. To me sumo is so easy it feels like cheating..

Deadlifts ruined my si joint in my back. I used good form.my whole career .. All the expert looked at my form and they said I've always used proper form . I here barbell rows also ruin si joint..
i hbe a bad lower back the only thing that purs my lower back in pain is barbell rows. i stick to cables and hammer strength row machine
