Pucci is a very serious man, he has only laughed one time when he achieved Heaven but he was surely the most tragic JoJo's villain, the only one able to cry

He is not a malevolent monster Who wants to kill everyone. In fact, He believes that the Heaven Plan will help Humanity to reach True Happiness by accepting Fate
He laughs because He genuinely sees Himself as a Messiah, and not an Abuser, Liar, Coward, Manipulative Assassin
Just like Domenico told to His Brother; Father Pucci doesn't acknowledge His own Evil, and THAT is the worst kind of Evil

They all laugh but Pucci is the first Jojo villain to achieve his true goal. Everyone else fell victim to plot armor from the main jojo of the part.

Kars also completed his ultimate goal too. They just both failed in maintaining the goal.
Dio successfully stole Jonathan's body, Kars became and is still the ultimate life form, and Kira literally spent 3 episodes succeeding which is more than Pucci did. Also the only actual plot armor was in Parts 2 and 3

Having Pucci on screen from very early on really helped build his character more. Diavolo personally is the worst JoJo villain, shrouded in mystery for 75% of the part and even when revealed wasn't that much of a big deal. Doppio was the only thing he had going for him. Part 5 is also my personal favourite and I enjoyed the thrill of discovering the boss' identity but he was just kinda underwhelming.
Srsly? Diavolo is a better villain than Part 3 DIO, as far as I'm concerned.
@@baume7798 Part 3 DIO was similar to Diavolo in the way that they were both shrouded in mystery till the final battle but Part 3 DIO works better because we already have history with him. We personally know him and his story from Part 1. It's much more interesting that way. Imagine we didn't know who DIO was and were travelling to Egypt to beat up some random vampire

Pucci is one of the most serious main enemies, i mean, he's scary, intelligent, crazy, powerful, tbh I feel the best villian in jojo's at least in the animes (the other ones are good too, don't get me wrong)

Emporio basically nullified all the Stand skills by ironically just cutting off Puccis breath.
Breathing was essential for Hamon in Part 1.
We went a full circle.
