My AK's front forks are leaking bad and it sucks that you have to take half the bike apart to fix or work on the forks! I don't want to attempt that and not get it all back together again perfectly. I tried to clean things up under the seals but the leaking did not stop.
You are referring to AK 1st gen I suppose and not the premium. Either way you should visit a Kymco service point to fix the leak of the forks correctly.

Hi what is the weight of the roller you using?
I use the 12 roller polini variator 241.696 with 7gr rollers and original spring.
