When recording Japanese voice actors, we value the flow of the animation, so there are few cuts. Because we shoot a certain amount in one shot, it is difficult to make NGs, and the ability of the voice actors is very important. That's why they are amazing

There are a lot of this videos around some anime events, and its very funny to watch Sanji's voice actor (Hirata) and Zoro's voice actor (Nakai) fighting, is so damm hilarious they are not just amazing VA but great performers too ❤❤❤
実際、週に一回のTV放送のアニメの収録では、まだアニメの絵は完全ではなく、色も付いてないしタイミングのカウンターといくつかの止まった原画だけで音声収録することが多いです。
それに合わせて演技するのですから、ただ台本通り喋るのではなく細かいテクニックも必要になります。
マイクへの移動や立ち位置、加えて変な雑音が入らないように台本をめくったりイスに座ったりと、とてもデリケートな現場でもあります。

声優さんの、声イレは、昔から変わってなくて、🎤数本の所に、流暢に入って話すの、すごいでしょ？話す人が出て、引っ込む、出て引っ込む。アナログなのよね。
音大とか出てて、ボイトレしている人が多いよ。歌も歌える。声ってずっと使ってると衰えないんですって。
ニコニイも一生若々しい声でいられるよ。 2歳ぐらいのタラちゃんの声を永年担当してた人が、90歳ぐらいだし。すごいでしょぉぉぉ？

Whats great is even the voices are more like the characters in the live actiom than their anime counterparts so Luffy has more of a serious tone than in the anime where hes a bit more wacky.
