To be honest, Zacian isn't soloing teams anymore. It's been nerfed way too hard to do so in anything above masters.
Mewtwo and Miradion meanwhile...
Mewtwo isn't soloing teams too now. It has a rather slow start and even at it's prime it can be easily shut down. To excel it needs to be in a team that can assist it.
There's no way that's flamethrower. It should be called sacred fire instead

4:18 I remember there was a test server for Mewtwo however I cannot remember for the life of me if Zacian had a test server, but other than that my hope is that Ho-Oh proves to be a fun and actually healthy addition to the game

Zacian is the reason why they put the M2s on the PTS, they even said so on the Dev Letter.
Zacian was the last one to not be on the pts. After that they promised to never have another mon skip pts, claiming it would help bring stuff to the game in a more balanced state... but then Mewtwo happened not long after
Mewtwo was after zacian and was on pts. And they literally said all pokemon including legendaries will be on pts from now on

Should be a Supporter, very weird choice. With Tailwind and Safeguard as it's starting moves and it's Unite Move reviving players it really seems like it was intended to be that.
I like the part where no one will be able to play it unless they go into quick play which is filled with bots. How fun! So much hype! Seriously why is anyone excited about an EX Pokemon? lol Unless youre hard stuck in Ultra its pointless.

When are they making another healing support I'm tired of these stupid all rounders, feels like I'm playing street fighter simulator but everyone is a pokemon.
Also forget about wanting to play Ho-Oh since there will be a battle over who gets to play it, people will rage quit when they don't get to play it, and it will be the only defender ever used anymore, and it will always be banned in ranked everytime just like tyranitar.

I agree about the EX pokemon; shouldn’t even be a thing. To truly make them “better” than other mons you’d have to overtune them to a point of unbalance but they can’t really do that so it’s kinda pointless

As Cris said seeing legendary EX Pokémon like Ho-Oh, Zacian, Mewtwo, and Miraidon are cool. It is just a shame we know they are going to be broken/busted one way or another, ruining the game for us. Eventually, it's going to be like VGC where Legendary Pokémon could end up running through and being the meta forever.

Fire spins description really sounds mistranslated. Why would a defender spread its own damage to allies, it makes sense to be the opposite, ho oh TAKES part of the damage from all allies in the area, tanking the damage for them as a defender?

Ho oh is a defender cause it’s very tanky with lots of healing, and has big aoe fire that stays on the ground doing damage over time
His damage will probably be lower than expected but has so much aoe

Ho-oh is literally an all rounder disguise as a defender
There are some pokemon who disguise as the REAL role, like Blaziken speedster not all rounder, Mimikyu speedster not all rounder, Ceruledge speedster not all rounder, Tyranitar defender not all rounder, Metagross defender not all rounder, Dragapult speedster not attacker, and Miraidon speedster not attacker

@@squiggle6089 I'm not trying to be d1ckh34d but legendaries are pokemon with stats normally at 580 and above and are available in the game while mythical are "limited event" legendaries and only available through limited. That being said exceptions exist and there's alot but for examples: Zoroark, Spiritomb and Rotom are not mythical despite being obtained through events the first time they saw the light. Note to add legendaries mythicals, except for Urshifu and Melmetal, don't evolve.
