Day 25 & 26 done, video 13 complete! Definitely feeling this today was harder to get through; I had to rest a couple of times during the drop-kick/lift-kick section.
Finally I did video 13. Love to get back to the challenge and what I've noticed after a short break is that my body did't went back to the beginning, what I find very good! Hope I'll catch up and post on time Before/After video! Thank you! See you tomorrow! 🥰

Day 26 done. Somehow my right hip is weaker - ofc I use it more often at different movements - and I realized this during the hip challenge. I have to work more on it, but your excersizes are super-useful for this. Thank you!

Done. Thank you. I am a bit worried because I am under the impression that I am not having as strong glutes for my hip-work because I added more obliques. Any recommendation?
# 25 died I really can't believe that I made it so long constantly practicing. Usually I hold on for week or two and then from any reason i stopped for longer time. Than I have problem get in the track again. kiss
