- In the time of good old days, with -90% you could actually pause the bullets in the air, then DE has fixed it but this wont stop our happiness.

A friend once had an Opticor Riven with as much negative multishot as possible and just ended up shooting backwards, it was extremely hilarious to watch.

Just FYI, negative flight speed is unfortunately capped at -50% since DE got complaints about -100% ACTUALLY crashing things (I may or may not have contributed...)
This would have looked so much more amazing were it ACTUALLY -98% flight speed.
Back before that, I actually had a survival mission with a guy who had a -99% projectile speed Tigris riven on his prime. Note, this was before the shotgun status rework. So, we just watched him shoot up the entrance to the dead end room, and then watch as the enemies just walked face-first into the floating, barely moving wall of pellets and died. It was the most hilarious shit I've ever seen in game.
@@Warfoki I had a whole collection of them. Angstrum turned into floating mines, Mutalist Quanta was an instant bulletproof shield, Stug was a time delayed hovering explosive, Seer, Bolto, and a bunch of others turned into bullet walls. I also had a -95% flight riven for Burst Laser so my sentinel could add to the fun :D
Biggest disappointments were the Miter, Panthera, and throwing knives/anything with bullet drop. Miter and Panthera were completely unaffected; for anything with bullet drop, flight speed doesn't affect speed gained from gravity, so they wouldn't hover, just fall at your feet. (Unless you aimed directly up, but then it wouldn't hit anything)

This was actually legit a tactic I used in old dark sectors. Mirage plus old angstrum had a bug where the clones infinitely shot the projectiles.
Now THIS is what I call a god roll

I have a -95% projectile speed riven for the origis. It's totally ridiculous, but I keep it for the memes.

Whenever you're doing stuff with these kind of weapons use energized munitions (the helminth ability) for the "meteor test" so you can fire alot more bullets before reloading
Another option: While Arcane Pistoleer only _triggers_ on pistol headshot kills, its ammo efficiency bonus (+102% for 12 seconds) applies to all weapons.
@@TheGigaBrain pistoleer and energized munitions on a mirage with cyanex has a similar effect as the drakgoon in the video. Bonus points for arcane avenger with peculiar bloom

Alright, seeing the billions of what amount to little yellow bullet bills from super Mario bros just broke me. I swear some of the negative stats just break everything to the point of it all being glorious. This is why we need more trick weapons geared towards being just fun to use.

This has given me the desire to see the flash shoot a shotgun at a villain, just to outrun the bullets, punch the villain in the face, collect all the bullets midair, return them to the gun, put the shotgun in the villains hands as he’s flying back from the punch, then when he returns to normal speed and the villain is on the ground, he plucks the gun back out of his hands and breaks it in front of him. Hikou with maximum fire rate changes the throwing animation to rapidly switch back and forth between two poses. Add multishot and reduced accuracy and you end up with such a wide scattershot you might as well be heaving buckets of shuriken at the enemy.

only on the flak cannon skin. it's an unreal tournament asset added to the game to celebrate its release on EGS.
This Video Might be a little Misleading, as The -Prjojectile speed does not work on a Kuva variant as it has the special perk that bullets can not slow down.
I just learned this the hard way, but hey I got a riven with a Negative 98% projectile speed that does not lower the speed at all.
Sadly with the Flak Cannon skin on Kuva it does not get the OVERLY large bullets Either. So for the Meme use this on the normal Drakgoon that shows once during the video.
Well that's certainly one kind of golden shower. Not sure which one is worse, though.
