Surprised it doesn't seem like he mentions it when talking about his gaming channel, but he ran a gaming channel way before Daily Dose and it's called "Sir NOSAJ". He used to post mostly COD videos and I'm surprised no one else really knows about it lol. He made a pretty popular call of duty music video series
From what I remember listening to this Live, he mentions it at some point, not sure about the timestamp. I remember him saying they didn't do very well viewcount wise.

Anita is an intelligent person. If you catch her on some of the serious rants she goes on, she has actual profound topics she discusses. It's too bad that the stigma of mental illness is associated with lower intelligent people. Mental illness is a flaw in chemistry, not in the person.
Tourette isn't a mental disorder if that's what you're referring to. It's a neurological one.
+@@nordveien @nordveien You are correct. But my comment doesn't say anything about tourettes. They do discuss mental disorders such as ADHD and OCD that people are inflicted with, myself included. So, I was just trying to reach people who can relate and sometimes feel discounted because of the broad stigma that goes with anybody who suffers from anything mental, physical, or neurologically by the uninformed or downright ignorant general public. Or in this case, the interviewer was initially impressed with a philosophical and or a psychological fact/ opinion Anita commentated on society. I was giving her a compliment, while informing more people and the interviewer of what she has discussed in the past, and don't realize she talks about more than just gaming.

I just imagined the conversation, and I am the only one who secretly thinks Anita has Tourettes, and a mental illness that I had diagnosed with at the age of 7, that I have lived with for 33 years is all in my head, and I'm just making excuses. But for what?
i really find that dismissive statement of "its all in your head" on issues of brain chemistry shit funny cause like, in other chemical related issues that just so happen to not directly affect the brain, no one would be like "ah shit man its just all in your blood stop making excuses."
I love it when people can just sit around and say nothing and not be awkward about it. I got a few very close friends I can do this with and it's just so much more comfortable than talking just for the sake of having words come out of your mouth. I easily get lost in thoughts and just like to go down the rabbit hole and at some point, I'd discover something I want to share or they think of something they want to share we'll throw it out there but I'd say in 3 hours of hanging out with them I can speak as little as maybe 40 minutes and that's just fine with them so that's nice.

I don't know if it's still in his channel description, but I remember he had something along the lines of "Only accurate clickbait" in his channel description. And to be honest, yes. His titles and thumbnails make me want to click and watch, but not because it's misleading, but because it's actually gotten my interest
I like how the Thumbnail is ALWAYS the first part in the vid.
So if I see something interesting on the thumbnail.
I don't have to wait for it to come up, or skip around the vid looking for it depending on my mood.

Just to clear the whole bread thing, as a Muslim myself, bread itself isn't very "religious" but we as Muslims believe that food is a blessing and that walking on it or wasting it (though I know he wasn't wasting it) is disrespectful to the blessing that's been given to us.
Personally I enjoyed the video a lot and wasn't offended by the clip because you can't have everyone know each and everything about every culture and religion on the planet since that is literally impossible.

Honestly, I wouldn't blame people for being nervous at first when getting 3 minutes with Anita. She's so knowledgeable on such a vast array of things it can be a little intimidating.
I mean she can literally predict where a therapeutic conversation is going and lead it herself

I think his voice is pretty fitting. The channel is supposed to have a positive tone, right? So, his voice, which is pretty distinctive and calm, really helps with the vibe.

I was in Brisbane CBD a few years ago and a young guy walked past me and down an escalator swearing out loud, but looked completely unfazed. It didn’t occur to me until later that day that he had tourettes.

I'm glad that he brought up that Anita's expierence with men isn't just about her trying to be nice. It's something that many women expierence and they feel they need to respond in a polite way to harassment as to not be seen as a bitch or dramatic.
Damn what Daily Dose said about just surviving and not living really speaks to me. I've just finished a study in chemistry and am working as a lab assistant on a high school. It just feels like I do everything on autopilot these days without really living: wake up, go to work, eat, sleep, repeat. It just really feels like this downward spiral where I I have 0 control over my life anymore and I have no idea on how to change it.
Just discovered your channel today and since then I have been binge-watching your stuff. I truly enjoy your candor and your spirit and thus I have subscribed. I also subscribe to Jason's channel and everything he said made perfect sense to me and fell right in line with what I would assume about him, from watching his channel.
