Hold your horses. You still need those embryos to implant stick and grow. That is a process. I would not start back on those hormones yet. Not before freezing a bunch of sperm in case you have to make some more batches of embryos as many people do. I hope it works right away, but be cautious in your assumption.
They are still biologically a straight couple and they act reversed so getting pregnant isn’t rocket science. They just end up poisoning the kid with all the hormones they are on sadly.

Gigi I’m not trying to be negative but rather more informative. Definitely do genetic testing it’ll reveal the genders but more importantly it’ll let you know which embryos are “normal” and would more than likely take. Also don’t go back on hormones yet cause what if the three embryos doesn’t take….think about doing another cycle so you’ll have even more embryos to use if need be.
First of all: congratulations!! Its incredible to hear that your long way towards becoming parents seems to get to the final mile. One rewuest though: please dont perpetuate the myth that 'anything is possible if you set your mind to it'. Dont get me wrong, im happy to hear it worked for you guys and i hope everything from here on works out, but please keep in mind that 1. You are very priviliged being financially able to go through that whole process and continuing it for so long and 2. There are enough people in this world whose health/ bodies will not get to where you got to and to indicate that they 'didnt want it enough' or 'didnt have the right mindset' is actually very harmful.

Adopted babies are real babies ❤ I know you were just making a joke but you of all people should know there’s no one right or wrong way to have a family. It’s lovely you and nats have chosen to try for biological children but please remember that adopted children are no less family than biological.
We found out that those little, round things shot no bullets decades before we decided that I should transition. We adopted two boys and a girl, all hard to place, and we should have gone for two girls, close together in ages. They all turned out fine and successful and now we have five grandchildren and they all consider us their parents or grandparents. Adoption is a great way to build a family.
Half my family are adopted haha, we're just as much a family as everyone one else's families. Go adoption, let the kids know they are wanted and / or someone is able to take care of them after all

It is important to note that embryos are not babies. I know everyone is going to hate me for saying that but, it's just heartbreaking when people believe that having 3 viable embryos somehow guarantees 3 successful births, only to find out otherwise

Gigi I’m not trying to be negative but rather more informative. Definitely do genetic testing it’ll reveal the genders but more importantly it’ll let you know which embryos are “normal” and would more than likely take. Also don’t go back on hormones yet cause what if the three embryos doesn’t take….think about doing another cycle so you’ll have even more embryos to use if need be.
First of all: congratulations!! Its incredible to hear that your long way towards becoming parents seems to get to the final mile. One rewuest though: please dont perpetuate the myth that 'anything is possible if you set your mind to it'. Dont get me wrong, im happy to hear it worked for you guys and i hope everything from here on works out, but please keep in mind that 1. You are very priviliged being financially able to go through that whole process and continuing it for so long and 2. There are enough people in this world whose health/ bodies will not get to where you got to and to indicate that they 'didnt want it enough' or 'didnt have the right mindset' is actually very harmful.

Adopted babies are real babies ❤ I know you were just making a joke but you of all people should know there’s no one right or wrong way to have a family. It’s lovely you and nats have chosen to try for biological children but please remember that adopted children are no less family than biological.
We found out that those little, round things shot no bullets decades before we decided that I should transition. We adopted two boys and a girl, all hard to place, and we should have gone for two girls, close together in ages. They all turned out fine and successful and now we have five grandchildren and they all consider us their parents or grandparents. Adoption is a great way to build a family.
Half my family are adopted haha, we're just as much a family as everyone one else's families. Go adoption, let the kids know they are wanted and / or someone is able to take care of them after all

It is important to note that embryos are not babies. I know everyone is going to hate me for saying that but, it's just heartbreaking when people believe that having 3 viable embryos somehow guarantees 3 successful births, only to find out otherwise
