Exploring an Abandoned Office Park to Feel Like a Kid Again

In the middle of nowhere. An office park / auto shop combo. An oasis. I can't seem to stop doing this. Am I addicted? It doesn't feel bad. I don't feel guilty. Is Urbex bad?
