I could not figure how to get the bottom to clip in. I began to watch some videos. no one else mentioned it, but I'm glad you pointed out that the clips were movable as that was what I was needing to get mine to install. Thanks
I'm not sure about that one. I would think if the A/C was working then surly the best would work. Might have to see if every connection is hooked up and if you fan is working then you might have some other issue with the car not blowing heat.
Where you getting sound from the front speakers before hand? If so maybe try checking the fader or balance is not moved only to the rear. Possibly the connectors aren't plugged in all the way or the wires in the harness at the connection point aren't pushed in all the way.
I know with the stock radio if you disconnect the battery, your radio won’t work unless you type in a code how does that work with the aftermarket unit?
This radio still worked without any code. I've heard for more options to the radio you'll need a code but I'm believe it's either in the book or you call the manufacturer.
I thought the unit was pretty sweet. Yes everything is still working. I always ask the person who I installed it for and they say it's still fully functioning so I'd say it's a decent unit
Your factory radio that you took out. If you have it still can I please purchase it from you ? I bought an 06 like 4 days ago with a screen like this that already came into it. But it’s blowing like hot air one side and cold on the other. Can’t get into the factory settings on the screen to add my vehicle for the climate controls. The climate controls don’t come onto the screen or anything. I was told it may not be Hooked up properly and may need to go back to the factory radio. Climate controls don’t appear on the screen nor the factory settings isnt available or set into the screen. I don’t know who hooked it up
I don't have the factory radio anymore but from the sounds of it either the aftermarket radio is faulty or someone didn't hook up the green plug that controls the climate control to the back of the unit. If your able to pull it out and check you may he able to fix the issue yourself. Good luck with that bud.

I'm not to sure. When I installed it the customer took off and I've never heard anything else about it. You should be able to download an app to use the carplay
I haven't went thru the system. I just installed it for someone and made sure everything was working as far as touch, climate controls, display language, etc. Sorry I can't be more help with that but there should be other videos with more in-depth functionality of the unit. Good luck bud
There is something you didn't connect more than likely. It should be a connection that come off the back of the radio on the harness that came with the radio i believe is blue or green that you need to connect worth the one connection that isn't hooked up.

Yup the harness comes with and as far as I know it's still working the same as the day I installed it.
