Delicious either way) * 1 tbsp paprika * 2 tbsp garlic powder * 2 tsp onion powder * salt and pepper to taste * 1 tsp Cayenne optional * honey * 2 tbsp chili oil Coleslaw Salad: Coleslaw ✔️ - [ ] 1 bag shredded cabbage and/or coleslaw mix - [ ] 1 Red onion, thinly sliced - [ ] 2 tbsp ACV - [ ] 2 tbsp Olive oil - [ ] 1 tbsp Honey - [ ] Salt & pepper to taste - [ ] 2 tbsp Mustard - [ ] 1 cup edamame, shelled Instructions: 1. Line a baking sheet and preheat oven to 350 2. Prepare chicken by cutting it in half then slicing it again horizontally for a thinner piece. If using tenderloin, skip the cutting step. 4. Soak chicken in a bowl of milk or brine of choice. Set aside 5. In a medium bowl mix flour and spices. 6. Using a fork, transfer one chicken at a time from the bowl of milk, to the breading. Evenly coat, then lay on the baking sheet. Repeat with all the chicken 7. Lightly spray with cooking oil like olive or avocado oil. 8. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Broil for ~5 minutes to lightly brown & crisp 9. While chicken is baking make your coleslaw salad by combining cabbage, red onion, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper, mustard, and edamame in a large mixing bowl. 10.
