Note: I originally purchased the Extra Wide size and as my hair got longer i purchased the Extra Wide & Extra Long for the longer pieces in the back. If you hair isn't that long the regular Extra Wide will be fine for you.

are they hard or soft.. just wondering if u can sleep in them
They aren't hard like a perm rod but they aren't that soft either. Good thing about these is that you can move them out of the way without messing up the curl.

How do you grow your hair to be that flowy and easier to handle?

My hair color is actually the result of being a high lift blonde and covering it with warm browns and it growing out 2 years later. Coloring your hair with permanent color does break your hair down but it's all about how high you are lifting and if you are using bleach. When I was blonde I only touched my color up every 6 months to avoid any over processing and further damage to my hair. Also I don't use direct heat on my hair along with color, so you have to decide how often you straighten your hair if you should also add color to that equation. Color isn't horrible for your hair you just have to really take care of it. I hope that helps.

I know they have smaller ones but I'm not sure exactly the size. Amazon has all types of sizes now.
I need help. I love the barrel curlformers, but I feel that when I use them they don't turn out as smooth. Like I can use the wide curlformers & my hair will be so smooth. When I use the barrel ones & then take them out, my hair takes on the shape of the curlformers, but you can still see my natural curl & when I try to separate them it's a mess. I don't know what to do 😩

You should try doing them when your hair isn't freshly washed. Maybe try on air dried hair and use a light product.

With these you want to use a light product with a a lot of hold. Lotta Body mousse is good, or any other styling mousse should work just fine. Doing this on wet hair tends to give you better results versus dry/semi dry hair. I hope this helps!

i have one but it didnt work for me it does curl a bit but after 5 minutes it goes back to my normal straight hair.Everytime i curl my hair the curls didnt last long
Do you do this on wet hair or dry hair with product? I've had instances before where my hair wasn't fully wet and the curls didn't last. The curls last better for me on soaking wet hair with a light product. Hope it works out for you!
Can you just let it air dry so it can be more of a protective styling method ??? Help !!
