- Join us as we visit Funland at the Tropicana in Weston super Mare
We have travelled some distance for this one as we head down to Somerset for our next funfair.
In this vlog we take you for a full tour and on some rides too including the Waltzer, Extreme Frogs, Dodgems, Midnight Express Matterhorn and the Sizzler.
Details of the Fair:
Location is Weston super Mare seafront at The Tropicana
Rides operate on a token basis. The more tokens you buy, the cheaper the rides are. All main rides are 3 tokens, whereas kids rides are 2.
Open daily 10am-8pm
On until Sunday 3rd September 2023
Please note we use specific equipment to film on rides. We strongly suggest that you don't use your phone on rides.

Oh maybe watch somebody else's vlog because I saw it on one of the others (great video)
Midnight's cars don't swing very high most of the time because it's how it's built/manufactured (not a very good model), the best Matterhorn, Sobema wise is Freddy's revenge without doubt, been recently all greased up and all the cars have been done up, with new parts replaced to the drive, mostly stays down in the SW of the country. On the test run before they let ppl on, sometimes Shaun will get the cars completely upside down. Mentally fast.
That's one Matterhorn to get on for sure... This model in the vlog feels like it's trying to swing up but something is stopping it... It's the only one I felt do that
@@PTVlogsUK Thriller is the exact same I've found, goes fast but really struggles to get the cars up. It's just because of how it's built, I've noticed some have smaller cars than others.
Hey paul and theo lovin the uploads thanks i love themparks/funfairs going on all rides i lost my trainer's few times on rides where they fallen off after I've been wearing em loose/unlaced manage to get em back after as Theo's trainers come loose on rides/fallen off or u seen any other trainers fall of kids feet on rides😂
Nahh, never happened to Theo... I nearly last my sun glasses a few weeks ago though lol

Stargate ride is in Torquay Devon
Wasn't too far away lol
It's there for 3 weeks then it normally goes to Dartmouth for the Regatta end of August

We always went to weston / brean for a day out but it's got to expensive so we stick to porthcawl or barry for days out now. When's the barry vlog out as I seen you on steve's vlog enjoying top scan
Yeah, I did notice that both places weren't cheap... Porthcawl was the cheapest place we went to, out of the 4. Barry will either be Friday or Sunday, depends how I drop them, based on other vlogs this weekend, if that makes sense... That vlog is crazy!!

PWS Jump n' Smile, "no single riders" is to do with profit rather then safety, you make more money with 2 in a car rather then 1 person, sometimes if it's quiet, the attendant will let single riders on, there's also the "single riders double fare" sign you sometimes see, same thing but you pay for 2 people if you ride alone so the showman makes more money per cycle,
Preston & Barbieri "Ninja" Dodgems, haven't heard the insult "mong" for ages! if thats what he said?
Sobema Matterhorn, thats an "R" clip Theo, it stops the release handle coming undone so the car doesn't fly off the ride,
