Usually you want to put the beans in a spoon or right on the drink, burn them so they cook a little, and the alcohol catches on fire which should be quickly extinguished. That's where the burning drinks comes from

Can you do a video on lesser known spirits? Metaxa, Slivovica, Galliano, Xanté, Midori, Becherovka, Domaine de Canton, Limoncello, St. Germaine, etc all come to mind! It would be a neat break from the more familiar cocktails like martinis, old fashioned, sours, etc. Thanks!

When in the comfort of you’re own home mixing drinks and learning a new hobby it ends up being really and that’s what this channel shows us. Telling him to get spouts and to show respect to bartenders all over the world is straight elitist.
