@@sylosisv2758 think its just putting in the time and understanding the tick system to perfection. ive never tried anti-rushing but I think if you eat 3 food in a row, on the 3rd eat you can insta spec without delay from eating. something along those lines

so thats to get one spec to go off which means once gets wasted. so if its like ags to g maul its three times
