Yes, but to be old school you didn't see how he skipped step 3 and 4, before level 5.
He needed to address nails and finish well the corner bead, then the bevel joint and corners.

You can see how some of the imperfections are photoshopped out in the bottom right corner of the wall near the end. They literally disappear without the tool being anywhere near it!

That's the First thing I noticed, How many Strokes or extra mud did it take ??
That's just a cut in the video. It's not photoshop.
To do this stuf correctly on cardboard you need to first do to 2 coat of Knauf (in my case i use Uniflott) , then brush it with machine,wipe dust and add impregnation,then 2 coats of this putty or whatever finished mass so you have 4 layers of it on wall or Q4 standard,you need to be carefull on joint and brush them well because if there is colors like red green black etc and light near wall you will see them if they are unewen, it s hard job to do but you feal sarisfaction after you finish it

еще одно но, там на паузе пропадает вмятина на первой полосе,чтобы выглядело легко и быстро, а по факту там доравнивал на паузе ) Может и на второй полосе тоже самое, лень смотреть, уже пишу комментарий )
Сказали же: "Штукатировать". На русский это переводится как "шпюклёводь". От слова "клево".
Если ты про сплошное армирование, то она на хер не нужна, от слова на хуй. По тому что нихуя не работает.
Грунтовать гкл необязательно достаточно обезжирить, это даже в снепе есть. А без армировки, да плохо. Но если под оби и для себя пойдёт вполне.
@@PutinTrup от куда инфа что нет грунтовки ? Грунтуется минимум за 4 часа до работ, а чаще за сутки , она давно высыхает и её не видно, от куда этот гений взял , что грунтовки нет ?)

Полностью армировать гкл он думал может ? или ещё хуже клеить бесполезную паутинку?) Ну это уже проблемы к его образованности.

The material is called Skim Coat. You can also use White Portland cement or just Wall Putty

Hola si quieres te puedo explicar. 1 no es yeso. El video está echo en España. Aquí se llama pasta de pintor o emplaste. 2. Este material según tu quieras lo hay de 30 minutos , 1 hora ,2 horas , 8 horas de 24 horas ect de fraguado ( rato que se pone duro y seca ) el juego de estas espátulas lo compre por Internet es donde más económicas me salieron . Se que tienes más preguntas si puedo darte explicaciones escríbeme por aqui

Realmente si lo haces con yeso yeso YESO No te da tiempo. Ese material ha de ser un resanador Elastomerico
When you apply with a roller, doesn't such a thick compound pull off the fibres on the roll, leaving them in the compound on the wall.
Even if so, giving a light sanding would eliminate that problem

@@mazklassa9338 also when rolling the primer and finish paint can leave fibers, so sanding between coats is a must. Use a nice broken-in roller sleeve for the final

En este caso no va alicatado. Se pone verde en los cuartos húmedos. Pero no tiene que ir alicatado, hay baños y cocinas con paredes pintadas.

Especifica, readymix .si fuera yeso no tiene esa consistencia y fragua más rápido el yeso.
Es masilla ya lista para usar en Durlok, (placas de rocas) se puede alivianar con agua, yo prefiero un poco de detergente lava vajilla, bien mezclado.
Si pero ahy lo hace en tabla roca esta parejo y cuando es un muro de block todo disparejo ?

Alors , ça s'appelle pas plâtré mais enduire , pour plâtrer il faut du plâtre 😜, et le plâtre ne supporte pas les couches fine ,il s'effrite si c'est trop fin , à l'inverse de l'enduit qui lui ne supporte pas les trop grosse couche , c'est pourquoi ,quand on enduit il faut au minimum deux couches croisé , comme ça ,on élimine les défauts !!!

This is actually a level 5 drywall finish. Just the first layer so imperfections will be sanded and we filled later.
Ii spent 20 years doing drywall Slick coating a wall like that is common practice Dosn't take multiple coats

Do you like push skimmer flat or drag the tip at angle? Ive tried doing this and I keep having areas not smooth with gaps. Or it picks up to much of the material.

Yes you can put a finish coat on with plaster and a masonry roller. Try it for yourself, it is fast and puts a decent amount on the wall.
Ребята , нп все так просто. Пока так нанесешь гипсовую шпатлю часть влаги впитает гипсокартон. И он так валиком наносил,ничего не текло,не капало. Там нужна либо полимерная ,либо какая-то другая.

Я правилами шпаклюю, где купить такой шпатель? Кстати можно шпаклевать с небольшим количеством добавления гисовой штукатурки в сухую шпаклевку. Можно глубокие места заполнить и смесь плыть не будет. Можно потом по застывшей сырой стене рисочки или прдиры тонко зашпаклевать.

I have old plaster walls but are in great condition but dread taking forever to skim one wall at a time. Should I roll the plaster on the wall then smooth it ir do it the long way by judt skimming one wall at a time? Any advice would help
You can go maximum 2 m2, you nedd to put impregnation before first layer otherwise it will dry very fadt,best thing to do is do it in 2, one puts plaster and second is doing stuff with trowel, i suggest you to go 1m2 or 1.5m2 max if you are solo and don t do job fast,it s delicate stuff

That tool doesn't do a perfect job. I ended up making one similar to it that one he uses.
A perfectly flat smooth wall takes a few iterations as the material dries unevenly. He's also working with a new surface, it won't that well one orange peel texture the first try.

Still should have filled the flat joint properly. Running the skim blade down isn’t gonna fill it. It will fill corner bead , but not that. He should have filled both the corner and the flat first , maybe even 2 coats each , then did this as final coat.
