I'm a newbie and you are new to me. I know I'm late to this party, but the simple flower techniques attracted me. And the finishing with the Sharpie....they are so cute for tiny cards. I don't like to sketch but I have been managing. I just sketched this (76 yr od who never did that even as a kid) and did pretty good. Now to try to pain it LOL. Pansies are my fave but I guess you are done with the flower series? That's ok. Your teaching is great....what I've been trying to find, simple sketch AND paint. Thank you so much.
Thank you and I’m so glad you’re here!
Daffodils are my favourite flower too because they just announce Spring ❤
Exactly! :)
Love your work...have never done watercolor but starting love it...learning a lot from you
I'm so glad!
Hello Audrey....following u since water color with Kelli collaboration...enjoying and learning a lot...one problem I face is that in this part of the world I have to sit under fan and AC...so my colors get dried up pretty soon and I don't get the desired mingling effect....should I add more water...please suggest 😊thank you
Great question! Yes, as long as your puddles remain puddles, you can paint with them. You'll just want to make sure that it's still the color you want (add more or less paint to the water) and that you pay attention to how much water is on your brush. The more water the less control, the less water the more control. I hope this helps!
Thank you 😊....
Just a suggestion . I think you should ask people to ring the notification bell so subscribers are advised of you posting . I’m sure people will be pleased to know they can do it now . Daffs are one of my mothers favourites . Will have to do one for her .
I keep trying to learn more about this notification bell. It sounds great. So do I just mention it in videos then? Thank you!
@@audreyshantzart yeah . Most TH-camrs say if you enjoyed what you’ve watched please subscribe and ring the notification bell so you’re advised when I post . See you in the next one . Or words to that effect .
