I feel Hirudegarn proves that Truth is an statistical anomaly. 3 dodge saves his runs countless of times, objectively so, I feel at this point he has hundreds of runs saved by 3 dodge. But a 70% chance to dodge plus other chances?

Dodge or die units are very iffy without a revive on rotation. This is where SSJ3 Goku has the advantage over Hirudegarn. Unfortunately, villains have no tools that cover the whole rotation like that.

No, you don't full dodge on every single unit ever. You use items and support memories like you're supposed to on these tough fights so less headaches and rage. Saying players are morons for having low dodges on their characters especially for characters that doesn't need all too much while most casual players just do the missions and get their stones and go about their day. Not everyone needs to start throwing their well earned cash in just to make a unit have full dodge just to make it harder on themselves because they don't want use items for what? Although having 0 dodge on units in todays age is crazy but I don't call every single person that doesn't have the exact build I have idiots.

His release reminds me a lot of the WT 23rd goku as when he was released he was definitely a good unit but it was very easy to open his weakness as well as with his standby but with more units being able to run with him goku became better to run. I would say it’s the same for hirudegarn if we get consistent villains (and good ones) he will become a lot more enjoyable to run and will work out a lot easier compared to running him with old not up to par units
The problem with that is WT Goku is a GOKU! THEY REALEASE GOKU SUPPORT EVERY 5 MINUTES! Hirudegarn is a villain, and an obscure one at that. It's highly unlikely we'll get any good support for him for a while...
I feel like a lot of people don't realize how often dokkan actually released villains post cooler celeb, expecting any help for hirudagarn after the first dfe post anni is as likely as pigs flying.
23rd goku had the gt duo from day one lol, also had str krillin who is stupid good, majunior can easily be run on that team because of db links, and then lr bulma in part 2.
If hirudegarn had half of the amount of help that 23rd goku did on release his team wouldn’t be an issue. They are not even remotely comparable.
If 9th anni doesn’t have any help for hirudegarn (extremely likely), then the next possible buff he could get would be the dokkan fest after anniversary.

Truth, you need to make a section in your rainbow 200% leader level 10 link videos for new units in the best way to build them. Many players aren’t gonna be positive on what each point does and how they should do hidden potential or equips. I personally, have no idea how to do and don’t care to try to learn because there are no good quality videos of how to do it.
What? This shit is so simple, just READ their passive, unit needs to get hit but doesnt have LR def stats? Full dodge/ho equips. Unit has add or crit on their passive? Full dodge. Unit has add but needs to do a billion atacks to be good defensivly? Full aa/dodge cuz crit will lead to doing too much dmg and not allowing to build up. Unit has crit and dodge on their passive? Full aa then dodge. Unit is shit full dodge. Unit meant to be the defense wall on your team go full dodge. Unit meant to be the offensive god on your team go full aa or crit if said unit has crit built in or haa aa built in. Also imo every unit should have a chance to do everything so 3 dodge is a must

And this is why damage reduction is the most premium stat in this game bar none. Dodge is only ever good when it activates. High damage reduction is good all the time. But but taking no damage is better than taking less damage bro. Yeah. And taking less damage is better than losing the whole fight because your character didn't dodge just one time. DR is the god stat in this game in the current meta. Point in case put EZA TUR AGL Frieza in front of that super and he tanks it. Why? Because he has 90% damage reduction.
My problem with the full dodge thing is some people just wanna see there units do crits and big damage and don’t care about tryharding on the game

No, the leader skill effect doesn’t work like that. You need to be on the 170% leader skill to be able to receive the extra 30% from the additional categories, hence the wording, “PLUS an additional” after a comma, which indicates it’s off the 170%. Also, the stats don’t lie. Base Hirudegarn on his 200% hits for 8.5 million, whereas the Zamasu Team Hirudegarn hit for around a 6.5 million attack stat. 2 million/8.5 million (Difference divided by maximum) gets close to a 25% stat raise, which is the lost stats from 400% to 300%. If it was a 360% leader skill, the damage would’ve been higher, and he wouldn’t have taken 460k from Trunks.
(Probably still would’ve taken a 300k+ in that situation 🤷♂️)
