Get off!! I had Both of those, AND a red tape: The 1st Battle on one side, & The Final Lesson on the other. Better still, 1st Battle/Final Lesson told the story without page turn signals first, but then it told the same story WITH page turn signals! Listen twice & NOT have to flip it over, unlike the Disney Toy Story, Pocahontas, & Snow White tapes I had.
i was just thinking the same thing Larry! I used to fall asleep to this every night..... Religiously!!! I have been thinking about it a lot after i just came across mine, and to then see it was only published a week ago, damn. Thank you, man. Thank you.
God do I miss plugging this tape into a portable player and listening to it on headphones. Please tell me where I can download at least the audio. The music, and something about the way the narrator tells it, just Captures my Spirit.
Does anyone remember a flip'n'play TMNT book that would automatically play the next chapter whenever the next page was flipped? I believe each page also came with buttons that you could push to play certain sounds. Can anyone tell me the name of that ninja turtles toy?
ALSO, I have the "Intergalactic Wrestling" tape, somewhere! It's blue, "Return of the Shredder" is green, and "Heroes in a Half-Shell" is yellow! It's strange how you remember things like that.
Did you have "TMNT in Intergalactic Wrestling" or something similar to that title? It had Cuddly the Cowlick, Leatherhead and others. That was a great audio book!
So...this is the audiobook...of the comic book...adapted directly from the cartoon...that was loosely based on a different comic book? That seems very convoluted. They didn't even use the audio from the show, which I guess makes sense since that'd probably be an even bigger licensing nightmare, but wouldn't it have made more sense to do an audio book of the original comic book rather than the doubly derivative one? Especially since it was far superior in every single way? Not saying the TMNT Adventures comic didn't eventually have good stories, but the cartoon adaptations weren't among them.
The narrator of the stories sounds an awful lot like John Cygan, who played Canderous Ordo in the Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic games. It could be him, but I can't find any credits.
+Matty vP 'TH-cam mp3 conversion' huh? I'd LOVE TO be able to listen to this on headphones whenever I want again. I miss portable tape player/headphones combo so damn bad...
Always interested of an MP3 copy of "Return of the Shredder" and "Intergalactic Wresting" of any one has a copy, welcome to PM me if u can. Those I not yet heard yet.
still have the casette to this somewhere. ripped it to digital for my personal library years ago. just stumbled on this hip hop artists new record - track 3 samples the intro sfx from chapter 1 mellomusicgroup[dot]bandcamp.[dot]com/album/shotgun-sleek-rifle just kind of a neat easter egg

I might still have it somewhere here...or somewhere in my parents' house lol
I only had "Heroes in a Half-Shell" and "Return of the Shredder." I've been looking for "Intergalactic Wrestling" for years; it's a pretty rare find.
Please share it on YT. I've never listened to it before so I'd like to hear it. :)
Does anyone know where I can retrieve a copy of those audiobooks on tape and book which were long out-of-print, drop me a PM if you will

How do I download this audio to itunes or ipod?? Thanks.
Unfortunately, I can't remember what the download link was, but...it's out there somewhere. :D
That's a good question...but I don't think I've seen such a book like that. You might try looking on eBay or something like that.
I used to have this.....but the tape was eaten :(
So did I..and it got lost somewhere. :-(

+Jay Awesome Eff...ya know, I don't think I have any links on me. Sorry bud. :/
Google "KeepVid" for the video, "youtube mp3 conversion" for the audio only.
