@@longshlong7293 , its still true dual , its just not straight pipe tho cuase it has cats , true dual means from each manifold, but its not true dual straight pipe,
I have a 03 silverado with true dual 12in cherry bomb glasspacks no cats and it doesn't have equal sound coming out, is it because they didn't cross it at the beginning?
He’s making it equal length, if lengths the same backpressure is the same theoretically, but if he wanted it done right he’d need it correctly fabricates
I have a 2021 hell cat red eye how much would it be to straight pipe I have no cats or resanotrs or mid muffler came like that from first owner I would like the last muffler gone.
J W For a 2007, its less than the average miles driven per year , plus who knows, it could’ve been a recent new owner of the truck that wanted the true duals.
TheSilentJackYT Performance wise: it essentially creates a vacuum which increases the flow exhaust fumes travel which in theory should increase horsepower. Sound wise: it evens out the sounds of both sides of the engine firing and the sounds comes out much cleaner and doesn’t sound like clapping like in in this video.
Love the sound of true duel exhaust!!!!!!
*dual
It’s dual exhaust because true dual is only pipe, that truck has the catalytic converters still
i have that exact truck 08 4 door 4x4 true straights
@@longshlong7293 that would sound like trash
@@longshlong7293 , its still true dual , its just not straight pipe tho cuase it has cats , true dual means from each manifold, but its not true dual straight pipe,
This owner watches Lmfscrew on TH-cam, guaranteed lol
And now to make sure everyone hears it you have stand on it all the time.
Hot damn that sounds freakin amazing!!!
How much would something like that cost?
I have this exact same setup!
It’s sweet!!!!
How’s the sound at 60mph?
Now to take the cats off and put long tube headers in
That sounds great
Places around me in Texas cost around $200 but ima get a dual in dual out super 10 on mine. 2000 Chevy Silverado 5.3
That super 10 is going to drone like nobody’s business I have one on my 2001 and have had it for a nearly a year and I’m tired of it.
Almost thought it would set off fuel emissions, but I'm guessing it's not any different
First like the Chevy 👍🏽
Ordered an x-pipe n maybe glass packs, I’ll be having the same truck just out to 90’s
I have a 03 silverado with true dual 12in cherry bomb glasspacks no cats and it doesn't have equal sound coming out, is it because they didn't cross it at the beginning?
How does crossing the pipes when true dualing equalize exhaust pressure? I don't understand that?
He’s making it equal length, if lengths the same backpressure is the same theoretically, but if he wanted it done right he’d need it correctly fabricates
Sounds awesome!
How much does something like that cost? Thinking about putting some of those on my truck.
Around 400-550, some may be cheaper but not as good welding
Tips are huge !!
That’s what she said!
lol 😂
Bad ass man👌👌👌👌
Thinking about getting true duals straight pipes with 6 inch exhaust tips on my 2008 silverado, how much would it cost
It cost me 600 for parts and labor
@@wyattkloss815 that's not too bad. I'm from Texas so I don't if its any cheaper or expensive but thanks.
Ok yeah labor was the most expensive i got 3 inch pipe true dual straight pipe, with 4 inch tips, its very loud
@@wyattkloss815 , you have a video of it. I would love to hear it.
@@Bigbootybilly124 i’m late but i got mine done in texas and it was $520
I bought a cateye and it has 2 pipes tbink it’s a true dual and it sounds decent but what would Straight pipes sound like
Take it to a muffler shop and get true dual straights put on it. It’ll be loud but it’ll be the best sounding I promise you
Perfect!
Have the same setup on my 2007 Silverado
Jesus christ that sounds amazing
Check out this video with both comparisons between true dual vs x pipe true dual.
Where can I get the True Dual Straight Pipe Cat Back set up?? Thanks!!
I have a 2021 hell cat red eye how much would it be to straight pipe I have no cats or resanotrs or mid muffler came like that from first owner I would like the last muffler gone.
The 2021 aren't even out yet and you don't have an 1800 horsepower R34 or a 2021 twin turbo Hemi or a cammed 2020 7.3
Where can I get the 6” tips
😍😍😍
What and where did u get the tips?
Does anything need to be done to the computer?
Do you have a link for the tips?
Nothing like new exhaust at 178,000 miles lol
J W wym
😂🤣
Thats the time to do it. Why would you put loud exhaust on a brand new truck?
J W For a 2007, its less than the average miles driven per year , plus who knows, it could’ve been a recent new owner of the truck that wanted the true duals.
Rowdy
If I wanted to do something like this to my 2014 Silverado. Where would I even go? Tips anybody. I’m in North texas
I want nascar performance on my GMC envoy
how much would cost for a 2020 silverado 5.3L v8
Mine was 450 depending where u go
$400-$600 parts & labor and good welding
How much does it cost to put duels flow master stainless steel on a 2008 Chrysler Aspen
*duals
Sounds alittle harsh, but not bad.
This a cat back or did they remove the cats?
You’d know if the cats were removed
Wish mine sounded like this
What’s the price on something like this
How expensive?
Get out of the way 0:26 😂😂😂
Where y’all located?
If you put an x pipe do you still need to cross the pipes?
Yes
Just don’t put an x-pipe on it. Problem solved... 😉
Magic Toaster what’s the benefit of crossing the pipes?
TheSilentJackYT Performance wise: it essentially creates a vacuum which increases the flow exhaust fumes travel which in theory should increase horsepower. Sound wise: it evens out the sounds of both sides of the engine firing and the sounds comes out much cleaner and doesn’t sound like clapping like in in this video.
Magic Toaster they crossed them too jackass lol
Why 2 1/4 instead of 3" pipe?
You’ll loose back pressure w 3”
And it’ll sound and run worse
Love the sound of high mileage, not up to temp and a shitty exhaust note
Huh
Jealous lol.... probably driving a soccer mom van I assume,
Sounds good to be a $150 exhaust
please dont take this to be disrespectful because i promise its not, but how do you know its 150$ just wondering so i know where to get mine done at
@@jaxonestes8521 it’s probably closer to $600
@@drewarthur2169 THATS FUCKING CHEAP FOR AN EXAUST here where I’m at that would be like 1300😂

Am I the only one that doesn’t like the tailpipes angled out by the corners of the bumper?
How much
Can someone send me a link to true duel
Price?
prolly bout $300
GM big block in there trucks
Damn that sounds like HOT GARBAGE
Not true duals with the cats still in there tf😂
Yes it is😂
You'll throw a code removing the front 2 cats. 3rd cat has no o2 sensor.
@REDNECK-BLOOD it's true dual.. the two pipes never connect it's just not actually "straight piped" with the cats still on there
Way too loud.
Massive 6" tips, that’s absolutely ridiculous and looks dumb as hell 🤣😂
those tips are stupid.... it sounds ok... u need headers
🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 naaa . Put a borla or something else
It sounds so bad, this is exactly by I put mufflers back on mine.
How much was this?
