@azoriawatercolour The thing is that Nikki also had that exact eyelid surgery. Look at photos of her eyes from when she was in Thirteen. Her eyes were more almond shaped. Now they are round. It’s exactly what happened with Nina. And both of them look much older and worse because of it. That eyelid surgery tends to age every young woman I see who gets it.

I was and still am obsessed with her look from The Vampire Diaries (seasons 1-4). I find myself going back to watch the show all the time because I'm so stunned by her looks and charisma that added to it. She had an innocence to her beauty that I strive to emulate. While I think people should do what makes them happy, and I love the message of your channel, some of these celebrities procedures also serve as a lesson to viewers. Sometimes its better to leave well enough alone.
Yes, she definitely lost that natural charm. I'm glad I stumbled upon Lorry's channel. I recently got lip filler for the first time and even though they're still pretty natural, I noticed that it still took something away and I don't feel completely as myself...it's really easy to see and focus on every imperfection or what we perceive as "not good enough" but working on appreciating what we do have is something we should focus on

Idk her eyebrows are giving her eyes too much weight. She had an arch before, that made her eyes look lifted, but now the straight feathered look is making her look tired. She still has some bagginess under her eye, but it's not as low. When she wears winged eyeliner and falsies, her eyes look the same as previous. The biggest differences seem to be from the makeup and eyebrows. I wish Lorry used better pictures. If you compare her no-makeup photos, the main differences are her nose, her upper lip space, and her jawline. Her eye shape looks pretty much the same, except she has more eyelid space.
It makes me sad that a lot of women don’t love their hooded or downturned eyes. I think it can give a mysterious bedroom eyes look, especially if you do your makeup right.

Me watching this video: woah, these models looked so much prettier without their eyebrow lifts, their hooded eyes are actually adorable, their noses looked much more harmonious when they were wider, their cheeks weren't that defined but looked good Also me: I want to raise my brows, make my eyes a bit less hooded, I want to slim down my nose, I want higher and more prominent cheekbones...
Raise the brows, but leave a bit of hooding for a mysterious look. Especially bc blepharoplasty lasts 15 years before gravity takes over and you'll want that extra hooded skin in case you plan to do a second lift. Without some hooding, your surgeon will stretch what little skin you have far too much and your results will look artificial & scary. Slim down your nose by doing a closed rhinoplasty instead of an open one, this way you don't change the overall symmetry of your face, you're just refining your nose to better fit your facial structure. As for cheekbones, don't inject anything in, since fillers migrate and sag after awhile. Instead, remove fat below the cheekbone. After all of these slight adjustments, you can then use makeup to further enhance your results. There's no time machine to reverse plastic surgery, once you change your face, you're stuck with the results. Often they're never as good as you think they'll come out. Unless you can find an artistic surgeon who looks at the balance of your entire face and you're willing to shell out alot of money, it's better to be safe than sorry.
@@YourMajesty143 good advice overall, only the buccal fat removal doesn't work for everyone. For instance I have a very narrow lower face with little fat so there is nothing to remove but I also have very narrow cheekbones. In case of especially narrow faces is always better to add something than to remove.
@@marie_anne_paris - Cheekbones are meant to help lengthen rounder faces and draw the eyes up at an angle. If you already have a narrow face, then it's already angular. Adding high cheekbones would make it look extra jarring. And as the years pass, it'll make you look much older. I have yet to see anyone who had a cheek filler or cheek implant look good on them, other than Bella Hadid. On her it looks like bone structure, on everyone else it looks like an injected foreign object or filler.

I actually felt kind of bad for Bella initially. Gigi got her moms model looks (good nose, high cheek bones, nice lips) and Bella looked just like her dad. Hooked nose , low cheek bones, thin lips etc. So its almost hard to blame her if she was jealous of her beautiful older sister and wanted to be as beautiful as her. The crazy thing is that as good as Bella looks now, imagine how Gigi would look if she got the same procedures. Gigi would be next level supermodel. I mean shes already stunning naturally! But if she did refinments like chiseling her nose and getting her lower cheek fat removed shed look more traditional high model too. But i personally hope she doesn't do anything until she gets older and things start to sag or hollow too much. Shes special BECAUSE shes so natural and unique.
N Gigi became a model because of nepotism, she is cute but she doesn’t have a model face at all. Models have facial structure and definition because it photographs better and looks fiercer on the runway. She could have maybe became a commercial model but it’s very odd that she made it as a high fashion model with her face.

I was like “ohmagod, she’s the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen” and then her face changed and I was genuinely confused why and thought that maybe she smokes a lot abs she aged a bit. A lot of people were saying she lost fat and got thicker eyebrows but I always suspected she did something else. from season 1-4 of the vampire diaries, i loved how nina looked. she was honestly the most beautiful, gorgeous woman i’ve ever seen. i wanted to look like her. but it was at season 6, i’ve noticed a huge change in her eyes. i actually think she would’ve aged like fine wine if it weren’t for the plastic surgery. she’s still very pretty though.
Season 5 6 her voice got deeper since she smokes a lot, thank god i understand French and i watched the show in french dub her voice was painful to hear.

I know that by today’s standards these are women I should strive to look like, but these videos really make me feel grateful for all the things that make me ME and UNIQUE. The upper eye lids looked more hollowed out and the inner corner eye brows being raised made her eye brows very straight across and horizontal where they used to have more of and arch like Ninas were. Michael had lupus, a disease which attacks your immune system. His nose skin was injured and very fragile, and surgery to repair it made it worse off. He also had vitiligo, which is why his skin got so pale. He was gorgeous before and its very tragic that people think he was trying to "become white" or Caucasian

I’m friends and mutual friends with a lot of Zayn Malik’s relatives, and from what I know, they’ve confirmed that Gigi is plastic surgery free as well, though Bella is not. Personality wise, Gigi is really sweet and friendly, however Bella is a lot more reserved (or from my knowledge, at least she was before she got really big).
CORONA VIRUS I am not his relative. I don’t want to give myself away too much but I’m from the same city as him and used to live in a close by area to his family (most live nearby each other as well), though I never knew him personally. I went to school and became friends with his cousin. I have other friends who are also friends with other cousins and siblings of his. His family is quite big and our city is quite small. Everyone here somehow knows everyone. It’s just the way it is.
I met Gigi once a long time ago (she was dating Cody Simpson back then and was with him on tour), she looked so naturally gorgeous and was the sweetest! I spent the whole show around her and she is very sweet and beautiful!

Yes, she definitely lost that natural charm. I'm glad I stumbled upon Lorry's channel. I recently got lip filler for the first time and even though they're still pretty natural, I noticed that it still took something away and I don't feel completely as myself...it's really easy to see and focus on every imperfection or what we perceive as "not good enough" but working on appreciating what we do have is something we should focus on

Idk her eyebrows are giving her eyes too much weight. She had an arch before, that made her eyes look lifted, but now the straight feathered look is making her look tired. She still has some bagginess under her eye, but it's not as low. When she wears winged eyeliner and falsies, her eyes look the same as previous. The biggest differences seem to be from the makeup and eyebrows. I wish Lorry used better pictures. If you compare her no-makeup photos, the main differences are her nose, her upper lip space, and her jawline. Her eye shape looks pretty much the same, except she has more eyelid space.

It makes me sad that a lot of women don’t love their hooded or downturned eyes. I think it can give a mysterious bedroom eyes look, especially if you do your makeup right.

hmmm I don't think so. I worked as a stylist for a while and I met her in a Fenty event. my colleague made her make up, I made Cara Delevingne's. He told me her skin was like a baby's butt. No clear sign of any cosmetic procedure. If he wasn't gay he would've fallen for her that day.

Me watching this video: woah, these models looked so much prettier without their eyebrow lifts, their hooded eyes are actually adorable, their noses looked much more harmonious when they were wider, their cheeks weren't that defined but looked good

Raise the brows, but leave a bit of hooding for a mysterious look. Especially bc blepharoplasty lasts 15 years before gravity takes over and you'll want that extra hooded skin in case you plan to do a second lift. Without some hooding, your surgeon will stretch what little skin you have far too much and your results will look artificial & scary. Slim down your nose by doing a closed rhinoplasty instead of an open one, this way you don't change the overall symmetry of your face, you're just refining your nose to better fit your facial structure. As for cheekbones, don't inject anything in, since fillers migrate and sag after awhile. Instead, remove fat below the cheekbone. After all of these slight adjustments, you can then use makeup to further enhance your results. There's no time machine to reverse plastic surgery, once you change your face, you're stuck with the results. Often they're never as good as you think they'll come out. Unless you can find an artistic surgeon who looks at the balance of your entire face and you're willing to shell out alot of money, it's better to be safe than sorry.
@@YourMajesty143 good advice overall, only the buccal fat removal doesn't work for everyone. For instance I have a very narrow lower face with little fat so there is nothing to remove but I also have very narrow cheekbones. In case of especially narrow faces is always better to add something than to remove.
@@marie_anne_paris - Cheekbones are meant to help lengthen rounder faces and draw the eyes up at an angle. If you already have a narrow face, then it's already angular. Adding high cheekbones would make it look extra jarring. And as the years pass, it'll make you look much older. I have yet to see anyone who had a cheek filler or cheek implant look good on them, other than Bella Hadid. On her it looks like bone structure, on everyone else it looks like an injected foreign object or filler.

I actually felt kind of bad for Bella initially. Gigi got her moms model looks (good nose, high cheek bones, nice lips) and Bella looked just like her dad. Hooked nose , low cheek bones, thin lips etc. So its almost hard to blame her if she was jealous of her beautiful older sister and wanted to be as beautiful as her. The crazy thing is that as good as Bella looks now, imagine how Gigi would look if she got the same procedures. Gigi would be next level supermodel. I mean shes already stunning naturally! But if she did refinments like chiseling her nose and getting her lower cheek fat removed shed look more traditional high model too. But i personally hope she doesn't do anything until she gets older and things start to sag or hollow too much. Shes special BECAUSE shes so natural and unique.
N Gigi became a model because of nepotism, she is cute but she doesn’t have a model face at all. Models have facial structure and definition because it photographs better and looks fiercer on the runway. She could have maybe became a commercial model but it’s very odd that she made it as a high fashion model with her face.

I was like “ohmagod, she’s the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen” and then her face changed and I was genuinely confused why and thought that maybe she smokes a lot abs she aged a bit. A lot of people were saying she lost fat and got thicker eyebrows but I always suspected she did something else. Actually I think it has something to do with Nikki Reed cause she did plastic right after Ian began to date Nikki. Nikki always has bigger eyebrows and round eyes and her face is just stern and plain. And Nina went with all these changes and her face become stern and older too. The upper eye lids looked more hollowed out and the inner corner eye brows being raised made her eye brows very straight across and horizontal where they used to have more of and arch like Ninas were. Michael had lupus, a disease which attacks your immune system. His nose skin was injured and very fragile, and surgery to repair it made it worse off. He also had vitiligo, which is why his skin got so pale. He was gorgeous before and its very tragic that people think he was trying to "become white" or Caucasian

He went from the afro to the stringy black hair, the wide nose to the little skinny nose, and bleached his skin (though people say it was the vitiligo that made him bleach it, which could be true) but he was very obviously trying to accommodate his prominently black features because how is father talked about him

I remember being so shocked seeing the stark difference between Nina before and after surgery in TVD. I was so jarring! I used to think she was one of the hottest most naturally beautiful women I had ever seen but she caved into the pressure of Hollywood's impossible standards of beauty to make herself look less exotic and more generic and "Eurocentric."
The same thing happened to Olivia. They both looked vastly better in their before photos. But hey, if they like it I love it and no shame! I just wish they didn't feel that pressure to make themselves look more European to appease Hollywood. They both were impossibly gorgeous and sexy with no need to have so many if any, procedures at all.

Was wondering why Nina looks so aged when it's only been a few yrs since Vampire Diaries. She really didn't need it. She was super gorgeous before. Proves that perfecting your minor 'flaws' doesn't make you prettier. Same for Olivia too.

I’m friends and mutual friends with a lot of Zayn Malik’s relatives, and from what I know, they’ve confirmed that Gigi is plastic surgery free as well, though Bella is not. Personality wise, Gigi is really sweet and friendly, however Bella is a lot more reserved (or from my knowledge, at least she was before she got really big).

I am not his relative. I don’t want to give myself away too much but I’m from the same city as him and used to live in a close by area to his family (most live nearby each other as well), though I never knew him personally. I went to school and became friends with his cousin.
I have other friends who are also friends with other cousins and siblings of his. His family is quite big and our city is quite small. Everyone here somehow knows everyone. It’s just the way it is.
I met Gigi once a long time ago (she was dating Cody Simpson back then and was with him on tour), she looked so naturally gorgeous and was the sweetest! I spent the whole show around her and she is very sweet and beautiful!

Still, I literally wanted to cry while watching the Nina Dobrev section of the video because even though she’s still so beautiful like she was so naturally beautiful and then she changed that perfection due to society probably but I want to add that nina is so much more than her looks she’s an amazing human all together
