You might want to check out the Fuego Elements. I have the Pro and, yes, it is above the price limit you set at $599. They have an Element with a hinged lid for $300. Foot print is 2x2, so really good for small spaces. I'd suggest taking a look at it. I use mine on average 4-5 times a week. It gets really hot really fast. I have Grill Grates on mine. Just a suggestion.

I have a question. I have a Weber Spirit 3 burner natural gas grill. We moved and no longer have access to natural gas. Can this unit be converted to propane? It's like new.
Grill Master stored in garage. Going strong at 14 years no rust heats up to 800 degrees quickly. Keep your grill stored and replace burners etc and they will last forever…

Weber state that they do not allow conversions or provide conversion kits and that converting the grill will void the warranty.
