The most effective way to increase players sharpness in training is to select the training drills that give you the biggest increase so the ones that has the 3 arrows and pick players that have the lowest sharpness and only train them. The players who are playing regularly don't need to be training as their sharpness will stay high.

Cani another back up LB option should be Ayrton from Spartak Moscow, another hidden gem that is underrated. Another important thing to note once you get A’s and B’s in training 1 you can just simulate them from now on and they will always be an A or B. Only when you do different training trills/ switch them up , that you have go in and re-do the training drills yourself.

Get Diallo Amad Traore. He’s a striker and plays for Atalanta, he is 60 rated with 80 potential (but he’s gone well past that for me so far) and he’s 17. You can get him quite cheap for about a mil or you can wait until the end of the season and he will be a free agent. Also you could get Jesus Ferreira. You had him in your Leyton Orient road to glory last year and you loved him. He only has 2 star skill moves which is the only issue with him, but with a development plan you can get him to 5 stars if you want. Then he might be a bit too much and you don’t really need him but Greenwood is amazing if you grow him a lot. The only issue with Greenwood last year was his 3 star skill moves but once again with the development plan you can get him better skill moves. Like so Cani can see!!!

To make all your players at good sharpness, you should use your second formation in training and alternate between the two so for example, 4 sessions a team, 4 sessions b team and etc. Hope you see this, loving the career mode btw

About training sessions: I struggled alot with timed loop pass (you had a C in it at the start) and also attacking scenarios (expert). You use the players that are in the box before you start the drill. So just use the best player for the drill. It saves alot of tries (belive me i tried alot.... VfB Lübeck 3.Bundesliga -.- ).
Also Fan objective suggestion: Try to get a player with at least 5 possitiv traits (like flair ect) in your team, that costs less then 15 million over the next 2 seasons (3 with your current).
Cani to get your first team with +90 sharpness have a look at your weekly schedule. If you train players to much morale goes down but the same if you do to much rest. I recommend training day before match, rest day after match and intermittent training

Cani, you can change the players you're using in the training drills hence you wouldn't have CBs in an attacking drill
Cani i think you should change douglas luiz and nakamba from the CDM position to CM if you plan using the 4-3-3 formation so that they don't "lose" stats because they are playing out of position.
Hey Cani, I am currently doing an Aston Villa career mode too and thought I would tell you something I did that improved my team a lot. In the episode, you said you didn’t like playing with McGinn. I sold John McGinn for 12 million and decided to use the development plan to change Anwar El Ghazi’s position to a CM. His stats suit a midfielder more as his pace is not great and his long pass and long shots are pretty good. He has already scored a few long range screamer for me and has got the most assists out of anyone in the league this season with 17! Honestly I think he is the Kevin De Bruyne for me in my Fifa 21 Aston Villa squad!

Hey cani a quick recommendation, just incase u ever offer to much for a player there is an app via mobile called Player Potentials 21 I advise using it u can look for ages clubs potentials ratings everything (like so cani can see)
You might need to change some instructions on your wingers, Cani. Try to put one of them on Free Roam i think Trezeguet might be that option, while for Traore tell him to Get in behind.
What you said about the difficulty, do you have competitor mode on? I don’t have it on and stil beat man city 6-4 on ultimate difficulty with Aston Villa! How do i make it more challenging? (Don’t really like the competitor mode though because they just skill they’re way to goal, and that’s not realistic or enjoyable...) Any tip to make it more challenging and interesting?? Thanks

Cani! The midfield is very attacking, and as such when playing attack strong teams play mcginn and nakamba and play more defensive as ross barkley and even mcginn arent that defensive
Lil tip when bringing in scouted players, the higher the prices it mentions to bring them up the better i’d suggest 300,000 and above on price as they’ll be higher rated
For a back up right back either get Lamptey from Brighton or Jayden Bogle from Derby

hi cani try the 4-3-3 but have 1 mid play as a cdm and the other as the box to box then a cam that way you have 1 player helping out the defence and one mid who does both. Also use mcginn as a barkley sub and start luiz or makamba for the cdm
Cani after taking a title contender to the last minute and lost due to a last minute winner with a team that by all means should be among for mid table:
"We're not good enough"
Maybe during the first season or two play the teams that would be in an around you at the bottom half of the table rather than simulating but keep up the good work
I recommend at a right back to sign Jeremy Toljan. He is 73 rated and German who can also play the left back with a 4 star weak foot. He's got good pace and also has 3 star skill moves if you ever need to play him as a wing back or an outside mid.

Hi Cani, because you don't use CDM's, you should train Nakamba and Douglas Luiz into CM's.
Cani if u are looking for more so I have one u can buy Rayan ait nouiri. He currently plays for wolves on loan from angers. He has an incredible potential of 85 or 86. You can buy him he is an incredible option. I bought him he can also play as a Lm or cm. I put him on the place of Ross barkley bcz he was injured. Rayan ait nouiri has an incredible shots especially when he turns 72. I would recommend u this option he is an amazing and fantastic player I rlly recommend u to buy him.
Cani i suggest you should buy Franco Cervi, Because Trezeguet is really bottling it for you Cervi has good pace nice dribbling and has decent passing has a 78 rating and 4 star skill moves

I think you should sign Myron Boadu as he is such a fast striker with great shooting as well.
I think you should change the formation to a 4222 and also sign a new player for CDM like Camavinga as he is a great young talent that will only grow. As a backup CAM I think you should sign Yari Verschaeren. Your wingers haven’t been playing very well and I think signing them would bring in some good money.

Cani, you should sign folarin balogun from arsenal.he is only 60 rated with around 81 potential but he is a huge prospect irl and has an amazing record in youth teams- he recently made his debut off the bench in the europa league for arsenal.with dynamic potential you could grow him into a BEAST so you should sign him

You should look at top tier players that have their contracts expiring soon as there is a good bunch of players this year
Potential signing: as a CB/LB signing get Josko Gvardiol from Croatia. He is quick, high potential(around 85), can use both feet and was excellent for me last year
