this is clutch. ive been playing maple for a decade and i just learned that every character with a legion rank applies to your cumulative legion level, i thought it was only the characters on the board the WHOLE time lmao
i just switched from reg to reboot when destiny came out, i never got far in reg i was mostly into fashion, but im def gonna push for 8k before the end of the year
I actually enjoy leveling characters, I think of it as scouting out potential boss mules lol. How I do it is I do my dailies on my main, then start a character and level it up to 140 as that’s when I feel it starts slowing down and you can’t one shot anymore. Usually it takes 2 days of a few hours sessions depending on the character. If I enjoy the character it usually only takes a day to 140. I think I have 3 characters left before I get 42 chars all to at least 140
Something to add (which might not be relevant to the video itself but useful): when you're 'done' with a character (esp if you got them to 140 and have Pensalir gear): star force your gear! 10 is enough TBH. Not only will it help when you eventually attempt to get them to 200, star force specifically raises your legion raid power (not as much as level of course), which means more coins in the long run. Go back to your abandoned characters and star force their gear! Even if it means dumping that level 100 / PNo secondary for a boring shield (for warriors, bandits and mates). Yes, even on characters that don't use shields; if you won't touch them again, you can go to Lith Harbor and buy a Stolen Fence (equippable by almost every character) and star force it to 5*. For my 210 Phantom, this raised his legion power from 11.09m to 11.17m (more or less).
Yo I just got to 6k yesterday, thanks for letting me know about how much Night Trope is gonna help get to 8k. I was expecting a rough ride, but now I'm way more excited to keep grinding it out. My wife is gonna start working on her legion soon, this will be a great video for her. I can attest, the zakum tech is a blessing. I've also been wondering about a HT tech too. I don't have enough mules at the proper level to test it, but I think at 150 if you're able to do hard HT, the same principle may apply if you killed all but one part, rinse and repeat?
Yeah. This definitely works wonders, but cht takes significantly longer than regular ht. You probably need at least 200k range to comfortably solo it, but even then it will take probably 10 minutes to get 35-40%
yeah horntail works and it's completely viable to cycle characters until all of them are lvl 180. I think chaos horntail is not worth to cycle, because it takes way too long per character, cus chaos horntail deals too much dmg on top of the seduces and damage reflects, the only ones I could comfortably do chaos horntail at lvl 180 (aka does not need to constant spam pots or use long cd skills) are mihile and the higher hp chars. bowman and thief classes almost get one shot by their attacks.
My way of doing legion is just trying everything. I still haven’t picked my main because I can’t decide. So I am trying everything. First I got every character I thought I was neat to 140 and now I’m progressing all of those to lvl 200, prolly by the time I get to 8k…. I’ll finally pick my main of one of my many lvl 200 characters. It’s just how I play because I don’t know what I like. I just want to see how each character is like fully before 5th job… yeah I know this method would burn out some people but for me I don’t really mind it much and I’ve been doing it slowly for years
I'm a Legion gamer, currently 40 lvls from 9k. Have every class with only 5 not 200+ and those are 195+. Only have Kanna over 240 but I just love lvl 1 to 200 game play. I agree abt not rushing, didn't actively think abt Legion til I was like 7k. It also gets easier to lvl to 200 so much so that I occasionally delete a class just to remake it to 200 😅🙆🏿♂️

I feel like I’m burning out trying to grind to 255 on my Ark. And leveling legion characters is sooo tedious, especially pre-200 and getting out of VJ. I love how fast grinding it is early in the Arcane River, but 2-3 shotting mobs feels horrible when you’re underfunded. I’m definitely saving nodes from farming for my Hyper burning character. My issue is finding one I want to get to 250. After watching your videos, I want to make a Bowmaster, but I felt like I might be cheating myself out of the Cygnus Knights, specifically Dawn Warrior or Night Walker.
I literally do not understand why everyone says it's so easy to level up to 200. I've been playing a few hours every night since Monday and have a Bucc at 167 and a Hoyoung at 73. Yes I am doing Monster Park. What's the deal?
Level 30-55: beach quest, fairy academy (usually i only do 1 of it and at 50+ i’ll head to copper drakes already) Level 55-70: Copper drakes Level 70 - 80: Orbis colored flurry (forgot the name but its inside guide) Level 80-100 - i grind immediately at rat sachet area (also guide although i’m testing some new areas around 90+ to make it even faster than staying at rats) Level 100-120: Blood harps starforce map Level 120-140x: The bulldogs at Zakumn area (also starforce map) Then i head to kerning tower starforce maps and then UFO starforce maps and lastly future perion till 200 (recently saw that at level 199 you can do the haven quest starting part for like 5 mins and gain a whole level to 200) This is my route with exp potions from mvp, x2 game gives, monster park, legion and whatever you can get and i level pretty damn fast like few hours mission per character but its tiring so better to enjoy it whenever you feel like it with 30mins exp buff stack :-)
That only applies to making them a legion board (raid) member. Their levels are added to legion total level all the way from level 1, so having max alts is a win no matter what
I feel painful when my characters be about level 160 that i can't mob fastly and easily die(except warriors and some magicians ) because of lag gears ,but i don't have enough meso to enhance gear and roll the potential.😅Maybe i newbie need more time to devote in this game.
why is it so bad to use totems on legion mules? if u can 1 shot all the mobs, it makes lvling like 2-3x faster. i usually pop a totem and hard grind from lvl 60-141 in 1 totem
Cuz you could use them higher lvl lol using it from 60-141 is a waste but IMO, if you don’t grind hard on ur main, and I don’t claim all totems each month, then go head
Do you need a sound engineer or help with editing? I mean this as nice as possible but dude, turn down the EQ on the damn sound effects you use lol. They over power your voice and they’re too loud and sharp.
No I don’t need help with editing I’m ok thank you 😭. I don’t think they are that loud, and don’t even go into the red. I’ll turn them down for you in the next one..

Doesn't Legion have a slot cap until you hit a certain legion level? So you can't just use 42 x 140 characters?
