Hey, so I just did this repair on my tablet and it went perfect. When I plug the charger in now it says it is charging. Prior, it wouldn't show charging unless I messed with it and got it positioned perfectly. When it has the black lightening bolt it wouldn't charge, but with the red X through it is the only time it charged. Now I plug in and says it's charging but it isn't charging still. Any suggestions?? Please? Thanks!
@Mr. Tom Unfortunately I got a new battery and it still won't work. I'm guessing the mother board is shot or something. For Samsung to look at it they wanted over $100 to do exactly what i did with replacing the charging Porter, then they wanted another $60 for a new battery if needed and $165 to replace the mother board. I ended up saying forget it and bought a new tablet. Total bummer tho, I liked my old tablet more than my new one... Thanks for your advice!
