TBH that mall is like a ghost town went there once when it had just opened and haven't gone back since..no wonder parking is free coz nobody goes there plus two rivers is just a few meters ahead, more variety there.

It is a MUST if you want to give birth to a normal healthy baby.
It's a must. Very important for baby's spinal development. If you don't the baby may be born with spina bifida

Pauline Kitoto I’m sure even our moms didn’t get that when we were in their tummy so don’t worry. It’s just some people do more and some don’t but if God meant to bless u with a healthy baby it doesn’t matter if u follow everything other people do
HELLEN NKIROTE Supplements are not a must. Many people don’t take them and still give birth to normal healthy babies. But they’re like an extra layer of protection and care for the Child and yourself. So I don’t see why one would choose not to take. I’d recommend that one does.

@@ashleyadisa3907 Congratulations Ashley i got twins too. The injection is for dexamethasone and yes its meant to mature the lungs and i got mine at 33 weeks. Cost i used insurance can vividly remember it was not more than 3K.
Instead of telling us what you are planning to do for around 5mins just do it and show us.... more interesting
