I did talk to the representatives from Taiwan about the US market, it's just sales, to little people buy scooters over there, it's a very small market for them. Even Europe is a pretty small market. East Asia buys scooters in the millions.

Si este si destul de capabil in off-road pentru a explora drumuri forestiere mai intretinute sau mai putin intretinute. Pentru mine este deajuns. Toate cele bune si astept urmatoarea calatorie cu ADX-ul.

It was a group ride I went where they took us, couldn't test out fuel consumption couldn't take it on the highway, but I did get to off-road on some pretty serious off road and it was impressive

Seems like a great option for somebody who doesn't fancy manual transmissions, but is keen on going off the paved road. Oh, and also is not willing to pay the ridiculous price of an X-ADV 750. I just don't understand why would anyone pair a CVT - excellent as a low maintenance system - with a chain final drive. Chain maintenance requirements will void most of the CVT advantages in this regard.
The chain makes sense for off road applications. A belt is never used off road because if a rock gets in it you will lose the belt and be stranded. All off road bikes use chains (or shaft drive very few)
Hi Alex I have 2 questions, 1- General quality of the scooter other than road performance, which one is better ADX 300 or ADX TG 400? 2- I am about the buy a 400cc range scooter if the price is same which one would you buy Honda adv 350 or Adx tg 400? Thx for honest review
1 - general quality is as good as the adx 300 although it uses the same switch gear (the buttons) from the maxsym 400. The keyless system is a new design but works good and you can open the seat with the ignition off. 2 - the adx tg by far, compared to the honda adv 350 the adx tg has a suspension that actually works off road.
It will be an interesting comparison, the Sym has much better suspension and should have better dynamics, but the zontes has more power and more tech. I think they will complement each other. Two different approaches to solve the same problem.
true, he conveniently "forgot" about it, just like the fact that zontes has those foot pegs on their scooters, and he even showed them to us at EICMA last year lol. Alex is a company man after all, he cant say much against sym. This proofs it.
@@Alien_Cuts 1. The Peugeot is not available in my home country, I've never seen it in person nor can I test ride one because there's no Peugeot scooter dealer in Romania. 2. The zontes 368G is not on sale in Europe, I haven't ridden it, and curently it looking like it's not going to beat the ADX TG to market. 3. The big difference between the ADX TG and all of these adv scooters (apart from the X-ADV 750) is the rear suspension. The lack of unsprung mass and the multilink geometry of the rear suspension makes it feel like an adv motorcycle once you get it off road. I've ridden many scooters off road and that rear suspension is a game changer for the adv scooter market for people that actually want to go off road with scooters. I think I need to make a video explaining this more the difference in suspension systems :)

Ca suspensie de off road nu știu dacă are cum sa se atingă de asta, zontes-ul păstrează un setup clasic care duce la o masa ne suspendata mare. Intradevar mai simplu de întreținut și eficient, dar dacă vrei abilități off road greu sa îl bata considerând ca adx tg foloseste un setup clasic de motocicleta de adv. Vedem când o sa pot testa și G-ul dacă ajunge în Europa
SYM has managed the impossible! they made a white scooter that doesn't look weird and toy-like! (that being said, chain transmission scooters feels like an odd hyprid to me, I wonder how hard they're to clean and fix!)

1 - The Peugeot is available in very few European countries 2 - The Peugeot has a regular suspension setup not this drivetrain in frame design. Look at my next videos and see how this handles true off-road.
You found the threads in morocco I think. There is a myth. An air cooled engine can\t produce 100bhp/l (or 17bhp from 0.17L) look at my BMW it has 1.1L and 80bhp that's 72.72bhp/L. If you put that to the 200 that's 0.169x72.72 = 12.3 bhp. This engine is just as efficient and as powerful as a BMW R1100GS engine. You can go down the rabbit hole of restricted all you want. I'm sticking to the stock version, I don't need power upgrades. But if you do find something post some links or videos so other people that wish to modify theirs can have access to the info.

Good walk around and review. Also Pegeuot has an ADV scooter in the 400cc range but I like this one better.
Peugeot is not present at least not in Romania so I don't know about it.

It's available in only a couple of country's plus ca it has a regular configuration on the back with a lot of unsprung mass.

Any idea for approximate price for Europe? .. It seams like they did great job with the 125 and the 400 but the middle model is lacking.

I think it is difficult to maintain the chain in this scooter. It is covered almost unreachable
