This game continues to amaze me. Im at level 112 and on the last NG+ Level 9 I think and im still finding some cool places. Came across a private island owned by some Aurora delear. Place was littered with contraband. Aloha from Hawaii. 🤙🤙
@stevesteve8970 not really. Some of the boring things I try to avoid. There's still a ton of planets that I haven't explored. Hopefully by the time I'm done visiting all the planets, the new DLC, Shattered Space, will be out.
@@STEVES7EVEI find it to be some of the most rewarding gameplay I’ve had in a while. I find that the more you go out of your way to do the faction missions, side quests, and side encounters/content throughout the galaxy, the more you’ll be surprised how much hand crafted content is out there. Maybe the game just isn’t for you but I’m 65ish hours in and not even half way done with the main quest, still have a couple factions to do and a massive number of side quests I’m excited to do. Plus the ship building and outpost building are fun as hell. I’m loving the game. It also helps that it’s visually gorgeous on PC on ultra with DLSS
@@psychoticchemist ye I felt the same but the more I played the more I played I realised there honestly isn't much going on for a game of this scale it's far from perfect and bethesda responding by updating the shadows is kinda a joke I feel that camel works video about starfield covered most of my problems but don't get me wrong I didn't agree with every complaint he had about the game
Fail for not sharing how these quests start in the first place. You assume everyone is experienced with the game. Only if they were experienced they wouldn't need to watch this, would they?
Well, the room at the end isn't the captains quarters, its' Delgados room. You can walk in there every time you want with out needing a key. The captains quarters is a small room near the elevators to the bridge of "The Lock"
You can also get the Crimson Fleet quest in the beginning by joining the Vanguard. After killing the Terremorph when you go back to New Atlantis you are given the choice of continuing the Vanguard questline and also going to the Vigilance to start the Crimson Fleet questline.
The gal bank keys stayed in my inventory siding with the UC as well, of course I lost access to the Key but I could still open those chests when I ran across them
I dont know if you just forgot, but Communication failure quest line (this come up when you pop in to the planets collecting artifacts early on) give you access to a safe key on the spacestation and that contains about 15k creds. The key is located in the control room with the chest, and the safes (4 in a row) is down under the command booth.
You also forgot to mention in the Vanguard questline not only do you get the apartment you also get the best and coolest set of armor in the game that Vanguard space suit can't believe you forgot to mention that
I've run across many Gal Bank Loot Crates. I've never sided with the fleet, against sysdef. If you have Sam with you, he goes, "Ka Ching," when you find one. Although, I've never gotten more than 6k from one.
For me the quest that is most influential in the game is just starting the final Ryujin quest. By just starting that you get the manipulation skill which carries over into future NG+s you play. Nothing else (except maybe experience) really matters heh. My favorite quest- or thing to do with a quest, is to start Sam Coe's empty nest quest than land at Akila, ignore Sam standing there beside your ship and just play the rest of the game without Sam and Cora stupid conversations in your ear. Honestly I've just done this with my recent playthrough and after 1 starborn power earned so far so good so not sure how long I can upkeep this charade :) but the longer I can do without the better IMHO.
There was already a video on the giant monster from another TH-camr. The giant creature is actually a really tiny low level bug. They altered the image to make it seem huge.
If you are going to do the UC Vanguard quest for the results you speak up.....go the Terrormorph line....its basically a shoot and kill mission all along the way...the Crimson Fleet way to that ends is much much more involved and you need to sink major skill points into stealth etc. THEN do the Crimson Fleet Mission if you want that reward.
Starseed is totally broken for me. Every time I try it, the NPCs all aggro and try to kill me. I have tried everything, completely broken. You can't fast travel to the apartment and occasionally everything inside will vanish for no obvious reason; I enjoyed the Terramorph questline, but the story makes zero sense... have they never heard of flying machines or drones... You don't need to commit crimes to start the UC quest, just go to MAST and join up.
It's much better if you get arrested. It just makes for a better story, wth would you put a fresh recruit in that situation? Recruiting a criminal and considering him expendable is just better...plus the rest of the dialogue makes more sense
Just remember a little like a real life undercover cop, you can't go too pirate - seek the least harm options. There's one bit I can't figure out how to do without upsetting the commander - maybe I just need more stealth.
I completed the sysdef stuff before vanguard and surprisingly, still went through vanguard no problem and got penthouse.. good luck I guess cause I didn’t know what I was doing haha
Great video, please keep it up! I'd like to see your Runner Up choices - Groundpounder, Overdesigned, First Contact? Do you need your flashlight on? (kind of distracting)
If you do Mantis early on it's a pretty good power boost. You get a new A-Class ship that has a unique attribute that makes spacers recognize your ship as belonging to The Mantis and they de-aggro and/or try to flee. The Mantis spacesuit set (helmet, pack and suit) are all Legendary tier with variable properties and make for very solid early-game upgrades.
@@amitansurkar1769 its not my fault they went full on with the random loot. Look at past games and youll find some awesome unique weapons. Look at Starfield and you just find the same stuff with different stats. Stats that you arent even sure are real, since games now put up fake numbers on screen. The loot in Starfield is outright garbage.
Eh...your editing is a bit choppy on this one. You're cutting off in odd areas, a couple of times in mid sentence. Other than that, it's good. There were a couple side quests I'd actually forgotten about this play through.
The writing in this game is complete shit. Go fetch over and over plus the main guest story is the lamest idea ever. No spoiler but if you haven’t you will be disappointed.

How have you managed to play so much without getting bored? I've got 8 days playtime not done any ng+ just because it's so bad and unrewarding

what is the gun that you have at the start of the video?

There's a bug in starseed. As they all turn on you get back to your ship, sleep 24 hours then come back out to finish it.
Can you go back and forth between UC and the Crimson fleet? And if you are undercover for UC, how do you not get in trouble while pirating?
It's very possible to get in trouble with the UC, and specifically, SysDEF, if you take your pirating too far.
Yes, they will jail you and eventually make u an enemy
Just remember a little like a real life undercover cop, you can't go too pirate - seek the least harm options. There's one bit I can't figure out how to do without upsetting the commander - maybe I just need more stealth.
Were those stormtroopers at the start of quest 1? 🤔
Let me just give up my penthouse in New Atlantas to side with the Crimson Fleet and get a room with trash all over the floor. Yeah, great deal. 🤪

If you know how to get into the room to see FDR I'd appreciate it.
Just start the quest at the Crucible, talk to Tobias and all that. It's supposed to lead you right to him, door's not even locked.
@@Bactchan I’ve started it; mid-way through I have to see FDR but his room is inaccessible.
Awesome thanx!
The monster costume is from Star Trek, it is a Tardigrade, so it's basically an easter egg
Definitely a monster costume. 😂
during half of you're video the sound disappears fyi...
Definitely didn’t get the 20k credits for the iron
Somehow I doubt any of the rewards for any of the quests will be worth talking about.
