Thanks for your passionate and thorough review! You answered a lot of the questions users have when choosing the right XR glasses. We're glad you're enjoying VITURE Pro! 😎
Yes, I'm really enjoying your products! Another reason why consumers should choose your brand is I can feel your passion for excellence and you guys always listen to what the market wants! Keep up the good work! 💪💯
I was pleased that you talked about how the screen moves with your head, and talked about the potential for software to affix the screen or smoothly move the screen with some lag. I definitely would like the screen not to move as much.
Yes, the hardware is capable, just needs software. A developer has made it working on the steam deck, it's pretty good but behind a pay wall. Viture is working on their own version I know as the previous model has 3DoF beta but they remove that feature due to some backlash and maybe it's not up to their standards. Hopefully they can release it with a firmware update soon!
@@GrownUpGamingGUG Someone from Viture responded to one of my posts about 3DoF, and said that the neck accessory will allow you to pin the image. They only removed that feature from the glasses themselves in the pro version. The SpaceWalker app also will enable 3DoF. As long as I can get that somehow, I’ll be satisfied, I think.
just got my pair today..meh vt head sets are 1000000x better more immersive. this is neat. but too expensive. mny quest 2 was 2-300? and TOTALLY immersive this was 500+ and just....ok meh
Yes, I think I said the same thing. If you want immersive then go for VR, but if you want something light weight and longer play sessions then go for XR.
These are my first XR Glasses but from my research I believe both are similar and should use the same Sony Micro OLED Panel. But the Viture Pro XR has one key advantage over competitors with the Myopia Adjustments. So if you are nearsighted, it's a no brainer.
In the Reddit there are A LOT of users claiming that XReal Air 2/Pro has blurry edges. There are A FEW that claim no problems at all. My Nreal (1 version) stop working. Seems a firmware problem and no one can solve. GO WITH VITURE !!
Sorry I'm not sure I understand your question. The screens are very clear and sharp. You can use the electrochromic film or turn up the brightness to make it more visible if you're outdoors.
Have you tested them with the steam deck yet? Also with geforce now on the steam deck I'm asking because I wanted to know if you can get 120fps on geforce now with them? Thanks
Yes I don't play the steam deck without them now. But I don't stream games on my steam deck so I'm not sure about your question. I have played games above 60 fps on the steam deck with them but probably not 120 fps.
hopefully they will come to germany. i have the xreal air 2 pro and need perscription glasses and these suck. on this one i could set my strengh without these glasses
What I like about these glasses is that they look like normal regular glasses outside most people can't say that they are ar glasses while other glasses like xreal/tcl rayneo/rokid looks odd....
The Xreal Air 2 look more like regular wayfarer glasses imo. These Viture come in 2nd behind them in terms of looking like regular glasses. I'm curious why you included xreal in the list of odd looking glasses, maybe you're mistaken. Take another look at them.
@@GrownUpGamingGUG There are no cameras on the glasses, no radar system, so it’s a bit odd that the image can appear a little smaller or larger based on your proximity to an obstruction. It must be an illusion of some kind. It can’t really change size unless your eyeballs are getting nearer to or farther from the lenses.
yes, so since the screen doesn't change, if you look real close like a monitor, the screen is the same size as the actual monitor, but if you look further away, the screen is like the size of a house so it feel relatively bigger. do you get what i mean?
@@GrownUpGamingGUG projector glasses are the opposite of TV versions. Cheaper and don't use sensors to connect and don't constantly flicker. It still uses batteries but feels very similar to the theater experience.
A huge dealbreaker is the lack of correction for hyperopia, and not just myopia. Really strange design choice, it renders them useless to a lot of people i guess.
@@bionaut867 my guess is that they couldn't do both and nearsightedness is more common so they went with that. And the Myopia adjustment included only supports up to 500 degrees so there is technical limitations. Still this is better than it's competition currently.
Honestly I don't know what's the most common Myopia correction. Do you know any XR glasses with built in hyperopia adjustments? I'm curious as I'm getting old and I'm starting to get farsightedness.
@@GrownUpGamingGUG Yeahh that is the point, farsightedness is very very common, especially among older folks, and I would say certainly among the group of people who are villing to shell that amount of money on a niche product. Seems like a very strange descission to me, unless there is a technical issue rendering it impossible.
I mean you can still get lens inserts? What's more strange to me that this is a reason for you to dismiss the glasses. Barely any glasses have those kind of adjustments at all.
That's 3DoF. The hardware supports it but Viture turned it off as it wasn't up to their standards. Hopefully it will return with a firmware update. On steam deck there's a decky loader plugin to enable it. There's 3 modes, pin the screen, smooth follow and shrink the size and put it on a corner so you can watch something on the side while doing daily activities.
@@GrownUpGamingGUG I think I didn't understand well. Are you saying that the fix screen, follow and 'shrink the size' functions can be independent of the neckband ? If so....AWESOME
@@andrekravcenko8801 yes there's a app on the steam deck developer by an independent developer that does the pin screen function, shrink screen and put in the corner or smooth follow. I hope Viture makes the same app for all platforms for free.

The video I watched right before this one talked about that spacewalker app and was able to have 3 additional screens side by side above his laptop
Do you know if a hdmi to usb c cable would give video signal from the switches dock itself? Great review and informative!
I've not tried but even if it does you would need to be close to the dock.
I bought a pair for my steamdeck instead of a rx 7900xt GPU. I love portably more these days.
These glasses are great for steam deck 👍
They have a replacement connector which has a USB c slot on the end now. So probably good to get and throw in a box
How would that work as the glasses itself doesn't have a usb-c port?
It's lit! To me it's a must-have gadget for Steam Deck

They sit a lil high on the nose for public wear lol

What is your myopia?
Around 2.0
@GrownUpGamingGUG thought you are wearing glasses.. 2.0 is perfect vision
I'm nearsighted around 200 degrees. So is that -2.0? I'm not used to saying 200 degrees near sighted 😅
