Polaris Lance gets around the rapid precision hits issue with Flint Striker, especially with its explosive shot. It also stunlocks bosses in the Coil, some nightfall bosses, and champions. Especially if ignited. Highly recommend using it
I have noticed and seen some other places that the rapid precision depends on archetype and magazine. For instance, have been working on finishing the Erianna's vow as another barrier option, and if you just get 2-3 precision hits, or like half the clip, then you get radiant. Think it's set to getting about 33% or so of the clip as precision for precision weapons. Or a certain amount of kills with something like a rocket or grenate launcher.
I cannot stress how awesome Zaouli's Bane is this season. I've got enhanced Explosive Payload and enhanced Firefly. I fired two precision shots in a lost sector and it cleared the room! One thing to note is the "kindling" mod will not apply scorch if the combatant already has a scorch stack on it. I also just got Mantle of Battle Harmony for the first time so I'm looking forward to combining the Aeger's Scepter build with Zaouli's. It should shred this season. 😁
On the season armor, if you do invest the mats to master work armor, then you will likely keep using it later if it fits a load out. Just the economy team trying to get you a reason to masterwork other armor and maybe not use the same armor season after season. Granted, if you have arms with T95, and use T90 Wish arms for a while, I doubt you will not go back to your T95 arms next season. But hey, they need to give you a reason to spend those golf balls you are accumulating.
Bungie always uses the artifact to influence what players use, basically pushing the Meta for each season. It is not a requirement to wear seasonal armor for this perk, the perk is just better the more you wear. It works without it.
It is the first time in the artifact seasonal armour is required to improve perks. If fully optimised with an exotic that gives 50% super back, phoenix Protocol, the number of times it procs / generates orbs is significant.
Don't get me wrong I love the season so far, but I'm a void titan & I hate solar anythingso for me this is gonna be a loooong 6mos😮💨 awesome channel, good videos & keep up the good work!🫡
@@Noneya5555 I would say for survivability depending on the build you have rounded "mask of the quiet one" with high resilience is pretty solid. It gives you ability energy when you're damaged and we are critically wounded you regain maximum health every time you kill something. With the right build it's almost impossible to die
@@GentleButBrave Same here. I like that with my arc build, I can get back health with melee attacks. Just need to find something similar for health regen using a void build.

It's the first season where I've been running void with solar weapons and artifact perks. It's actually viable and fun.

Very informative, thank you.
Thanks for your thoughts E!

Swap that to incandecent. Thank me later
@@WHlSKYtx When the season's over and I can't proc scorch/incandescent off the artifact mod, sure
I still don’t get sidearms to break barrier shields? Good luck if you don’t have Wish Ender

The issue is it's will be a trend for bungie in every artifact going forward to require the new armour equipped.

I do plan to add a few pieces to my phoenix Protocol build I think it may secure back to back supers in more situations.
Is this good for warlock ?
Nothing really fits for warlock unless you're solar
Not with RESTORATION lasting 2.0seconds over and over again. Wasted so much time 'buiiiiild crafting' for this.

I main a solar titan, but I love void. What's the best void armor piece for survivability?

Do the artifact mods change automatically with each loadout change? Or do you need to manually change them every time?
Hello, you have to change them
@@sonoak cheers. That's definitely a quality of life change Bungie needs to address.
