I remember seeing Gary Lockwood in the movie, 2001 A Space Odyssey. He gets murdered by the Hal 9000 computer. I also remember seeing him in the original Star Trek episode, Where No Man Has Gone Before. He turned into a silver eyed superman in that one and battles Capt Kirk to the death. Gena Rowlands just recently passed on.
I met him at the Star Trek convention in Las Vegas in 2017. We discovered we had some things in common and had quite a conversation. I saw him again in 2019 and we picked up where we left off two years earlier. He's a great guy.
Other names not mentioned here is Diane Baker. Born in 1938 & still around. Roy Thinnes from 'Invaders' fame is still about, also born 1938. Incidentally Diane Baker guested in the pilot of that.
