So this song to my understanding is about this girl whose probably getting bullied, harrassed, or something similar due to the "fake lies" about her spread across the class, school, or something like that. Due to which she gets in depression proabably and takes her life as she can't handle it anymore. She wishes that the perpetrators who are still living without the realization of what they have done to realize it, and feel guilty about how they took a life. The last sentence"see you again" is her wishing them from hell when they reach there. That's my theory, it was easy figuring out comparison to the songs like wozwald.
