Insurance etc. While this sounds tough but if you think logically it is difficult to find some one today who dont have savings account or health insurance or life insurance. Most of the people prefer to keep their funds safe in bank. Your questions sounds too futuristic, i recommend you to focus on getting the offer first you will have enough time to inquire all of these once you have offer in hand. just for information, LTA is a part of pay structure and when you move to senior designation, your salary will be enough to fund your travel and you will never look for such allowance. Let me tell you, private sector as potential to pay 3x to 5x more than government sector, so forget about all allowance and focus on learning, building skill and you will see great career ahead. hope it helps.

I am not sure if you were aware about ICICI opening and you dint tried or if you tried and were unable to make it last time. You can inform that you were unable to make it last time hence it took additional year in case you attempted last time. 3. Trust me Sambit, every single person joining these program comes with exactly same thoughts including me. All most all are looking for job however they try to prepare for government job. I know many of my friends who prepared and got job sucessfuly into goverment bank, RBI, SSC, SSB, and various other places. Prepration is allways dependent on you, how much you are dedicated. You will have to spend around 12 hours in work and travel etc. Rest of the 12 hours is allways yours and you can use anyways you want. During training and first year of your work, you may need some time to adopt once you learn the work you do. You will get fair amount of time to persue interest.

When ever you face difficult question, be direct and tell truth, you will be able to solve most of the situarion in that way. Specific to your question here is my suggestion 1. Change in daily routine depends if tou are currently employed or not. If not wokring now, you will start spending 9 hours for your work and basis that you have to manage your daily life cycle. If you get home location and you take care of house hold works may be you have to get maids to manage important work so that rest you can manage. This will help you to not compromise on professional or personal life. If you get non home location then everythng will change, city, language, culture and you have to adopt to it. Being self dependent incase you plan to stay alone. Personaly, I am sure being a manager for a bank at the initial part of my career will boost moral, respect in society and you can motivate your freinds and relatives to follow the same bath by being role model and fuel the culture of equality and inclusivnes. 2. Your questions sounds too futuristic, i recommend you to focus on getting the offer first you will have enough time to inquire all of these once you have offer in hand.
just for information, LTA is a part of pay structure and when you move to senior designation, your salary will be enough to fund your travel and you will never look for such allowance.
Let me tell you, private sector as potential to pay 3x to 5x more than government sector, so forget about all allowance and focus on learning, building skill and you will see great career ahead.

Always remember, best way to answer a tough question is to be truthful. I would request you to think of what lead you to wait for 2 years and prepare. Below are possible reasons
1. I was preparing for competetive exams and I tried since last two years and I got my first call for ICICI
2. I am not sure if you were aware about ICICI opening and you dint tried or if you tried and were unable to make it last time. You can inform that you were unable to make it last time hence it took additional year in case you attempted last time.
3. In case you did not attempted, and you were not aware about the opening and got to know this year. then you know the answer.

You can definitely prepare and if you clear you can go ahead too, only thing is you may loose course fee, if you leave the program in the middle.

1. Looking into current political situation I feel due to negligent decision lot of Army sacrifice their happiness, social life and even loose their life. I have seen my father going through odds and I am very happy if all the sacrifice is to protect country and people bt when it is for political advantage. I feel dissapointed and disinterested.
2. Banking is a great platform to serve society, when you help people devlop savings habbit, provide loans to start buisness and help improve life style and impact economy of the country. I feel highly intrested.

Trust me Sambit, every single person joining these program comes with exactly same thoughts including me. All most all are looking for job however they try to prepare for government job.
I know many of my friends who prepared and got job sucessfuly into goverment bank, RBI, SSC, SSB, and various other places.
Prepration is allways dependent on you, how much you are dedicated. You will have to spend around 12 hours in work and travel etc. Rest of the 12 hours is allways yours and you can use anyways you want.
During training and first year of your work, you may need some time to adopt once you learn the work you do. You will get fair amount of time to persue interest.

As I suggested in this video, best answer is the truth. When ever you face difficult question, be direct and tell truth, you will be able to solve most of the situarion in that way.
Specific to your question here is my suggestion
1. Change in daily routine depends if tou are currently employed or not. If not wokring now, you will start spending 9 hours for your work and basis that you have to manage your daily life cycle. If you get home location and you take care of house hold works may be you have to get maids to manage important work so that rest you can manage. This will help you to not compromise on professional or personal life.
If you get non home location then everythng will change, city, language, culture and you have to adopt to it. Being self dependent incase you plan to stay alone.
Personaly, I am sure being a manager for a bank at the initial part of my career will boost moral, respect in society and you can motivate your freinds and relatives to follow the same bath by being role model and fuel the culture of equality and inclusivnes.

It is nt going to be easy job though bt there lies an opprtunity with risk. Byjus job will be safe and easy job but ling term it will take time to reach manager level. You can take call if you want to go fr easy or risky.
