If you cant connect one of your bud: "I unpair, turn off bluetooth on my oneplus 9 phone (even with their own phone it's sh it...) I remove both earbuds from the case, case is not plugged with the cable Open the case, the light was green, lucky me I pressed the button for maybe 20s, light when white, then no light, then green again, it blinked green once and I released I put back the left earbud, and I got green light! put back the right earbud too, still green light I turned on bluetooth on my phone, got the earbuds detected, and finally both earbuds were shown. So I hope it will be more usefull than oneplus support whose only response is "we can't do anything, deal with it""

The other way around , that is, the problem was the left one, but I restarted them and now the right one gives me problems
Resetting actually works, I hold and press the button for 10sec or more. First red led glow and white and then green. Then left side bud starts working which was not working previously
This helped alot💪 one of my buds were fucked, it didn't register the bud so i couldnt use noise cancelation mode, it would work in the other bud. But now it works thank you🇩🇰🇩🇰🇩🇰🇩🇰🇩🇰🇩🇰

If one ear bud is not working/not charging. The fix is to Unpair and Pair again using only the working bud. So, 1. Unpair/forget the pod from phone. 2. Take out only the working bud from pod and let the bad one stay in pod. put it in ear. 3. Long press the pod button and scan with phone bluetooth and Pair. 4. After pairing is done. put the bud back in pod(both). Close the lid. Turn off phone bluetooth. Next time both buds will work.
you have done the reset process. just close case door and again open, press & hold for 2 to 5 sec until you see white light, and stop press & hold check in your phone bluetooth and connect Beforely unpair earbuds from phone if previously connected

White indicator is not at all blinking what can we do for that due to this i am not able to pair even tho i hold the budbox button for long time remaining 2 lights such as green and red are blinking but i can't see white light
