    Its like when i decide to use one bud and keep the other one in the case itself after sometime i want to use both,then i take the other bud out then the bud i was using stops working,then i kept the one that just stopped working in the case then the other one starts working its like one is sacrificing for the other pls fix this i brought this with my pocket money 😢

    Don't buy this product, It's a total shit, I've Purchased and used it for a week now & the left ear bud just stopped connecting. I tried resetting several times & tried to connect but no luck. So don't waste your money.

    I have boat airdopes 121v2. The problem is that my right earbud does not turn on automatically. I tried the reset also but it is the same. I manually pressed the mfb also and noticed that after 1 minute of continuous pressing it turned on. Help me with this problem. As soon as i put both my earbuds back into the case the left one keeps charging but my right earbud stops to display light also.

    If this trick is not working then simply tap 3 time on any one ear bud voilet light will apear then put it in case it will work🎉🎉

    This just doesn't work, so I tried claiming warranty twice. They gave me a report stating that everything's working perfectly and shipped the same product back to me. This problem still persists, I just don't understand what to do next.

    Worst product and company.
    After 1 month, it stopped working. Claimed Warantty two times, but product just worked for one day after warranty. Still few months warranty period remaining. But Now I am going to make plastic chutney of that product.

    The worst product and experience I ever had. I had bought airdopes atom 83 carbon black but it didn't last for 6 months, when I claimed my warranty, boat company rejected my warranty claim by saying "damaged product" though it was as it when I bought it. When I said if they can fix the issue they told me to go to the local electronic shop for service. Now I have ordered a new product from their website but it also came damaged. I have wasted my money only to realise that any local shop is better, at least they treat me as a customer and value my money. I'm never going to buy any of product boat.

It was my Fault who ignored the problem and Didn't complaint about it because i was very new to bluetooth earbuds so i thought this would be a glitch or something else that i didn't know that time . BuT after some days it stopped working....     Problem resolved , but you have not given the last step here
    @~ The last step is put that fully charged bud outside the case and put only that uncharged or not working bud inside then put the case on charging after some time the uncharged bud will get fully charged again.
    NOTE : This is because if we put both bud inside the case one is fully charged and other is low battery so the case will not charge one bud but if we put that fully charged bud outside the case will charge that uncharged bud .
    Must try this last step and thank me later.

      @boAt lifestyle just received today by flipkart. Model airpods 131. Charging point problem i think so. Beacause right earbud is little bit loose in charging case. So it's not getting charged

    If one side ring or other side not working then you do this,,,
    Step 1. Go to Settings
    Step 2. Go to accessibility
    Step 3.Go to mono audio or audio adjustment and
    Step 4. Adjust the line in middle
    I'm sure this will Work 💯

    If one side earbud is not working, then do this
    Step 1 - Go to settings in your phone
    Step 2 - Go to accessibility
    Step 3 - Go to hearing enhancements
    Step 4 - Under Left/right sound balance, adjust the connected audio slide bar in middle between left and right. Both ear buds will work.
    It worked for me. This is in Samsung Phone.

      I just received the product boat airdopes 131 from flipkart .im very unhappy i have waited for 6 days for it.
      And one left side ear bud doesnt work at all . I have even followed all instructions to reset and tried multiple times

      Press and hold the button on your earbud (not working bud)until the led gets turned on ..If both are not working,do the same in both buds.... worked for me now!!

    I raised a complaint after one month of purchase stating that it is not working right side. They rejected my warranty claim stating that in factory test all the functions are working properly. But in actual it is not working. BOAT is a cheating company not accepting their defective products.

    Im using boat Airdopes Alpha the things is the case is charging ok but the the earbuds isn't working (charging) it alwys shows 20% everytime i try to connect it i charge it for 2hrs n try again but its nt working pls fixed this
