So sad to see the apostasy of Joshua Harris. Although he might have been mistaken in some of his ideas regarding dating and marriage, he's definitely in error now. It is very painful to watch him repudiate his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Divorcing his wife was also a tragedy. Unfortunately, Vancouver will validate his poor choices, as so many of the natives are "liberal" and godless. He should meet with J. I. Packer before he goes on to be with the Lord. Maybe that great man of God could help Josh get back on the right road of life.

I think he was saying that it's best to avoid "dating" simply to gratify the lusts of the flesh. Wait until marriage, and get married earlier, with the advice and consent of parents. I think his book is still a good guide for young, single Christians.
