thanks for the video. One question, could you make another video to install new fan coolers for this type of servers that are not the ones recommended by HPE but rather commercial brand coolers?
Standard coolers won't work without major mods due to hp not using standard spacing. Also the shroud helps to take heat from the hdd drives and gets stuck out the back
Could you help me, I want to change my power supply on this same server, mine is generation 10 I would like to have the schematic of the 8-pin connector of the hard drive rag. to identify. the 5 volt ping the 12 volt ping or could you explain in a future video step by step how you adapted a standard source to that server, thank you
There is very little information about this equipment and I would like to be able to change its power source to one with greater power and better certification.@@RebootTechnologies
@@fernandosuarez2377 you would need a multimeter. test all the wires and mark them. do the same on the power supply u want to use. then you will know how to match them
