YOU are the real inspiration Shannon - even you colleagues say the same and feel blessed to be in your chair even. When you mentioned Shear Fades it instantly rang a bell because you mentioned in your detachable tutorial you liked his style and learnt a lot from his old videos.
But you the inspiration for me definitely, im still a newbie in the game (10 months cutting only - 2 on a UK short training course, and 8 in a shop) and your videos inspire me the most. Im working on reaching that goal where I can deliver those consistent haircuts in a timely manner!
