Hi Selena----Your mom is a blast!! She's so funny. You and your mom are best friends.That's great. It reminds me of my mom and I back in the day. We would go shopping every Saturday and to lunch and then shop after lunch. We'd spend the whole day out,come home dead tired. We both loved jewelry and purses and stuff. Sometime we'd make a trip to Alabama and meet up with her aunts and we'd have a Hen party.It was great!!!

I have thrifted a lot the last two months, I took your advise in another video, I have bought a whole new fall/winter wardrobe, I got such great items, and no one was looking at them, except me, a cognac short suede jacket for $4.00 is my favorite purchase … all high end labels on everything… people don’t know what there missing not thrifting..

Dexter's are practical, utilitarian shoes. Not sure what gave them away as bowling shoes unless it was the content of the sole. I've worn Dexter shoes for decades, they're tough under heavy use
Yes I think they would be so lovely with a knee-length dress. Also perfect for summer, spring and autumn.

My budget is 3 bucks or forget it! Lol. This vid is so much fun with your mom. …..” im not cheap im thrifty”. Again, sounds like something my mom would say. In regards to humming birds. Sometimes i will have a dozen feeders for them. They play, chase fight. You name it. My back court yard is dedicated to humming birds. I have had several nests over the years. Families of hummers. Blessed to be able to watch them nest……..then finally/sadly the babies leave to go on their own. Thank you for todays video. So much fun]

You and your mom bring back so many memories of mom and I thrifting...speaking of young...mom was in her early 40's and I was late teens!...today she's gone 20 years and I'm 78!!!! She got me interested in music of the 1930-40 era...via 78 records...these were stacked like pancakes and 3 for 10 cents! She actually sparked my interest in many vintage items. The stores were FULL of such items! As a guy, looking at shoes...have seen some fine footware...but all are "gunboat" size. Size 10 and UP!!! Not good for a 81/2 size guy! That store is HUGE...larger than anything here [San Francisco]!

Mom and I used to have junking days- visiting flea markets. We had so much fun together. I cried when I watched this video. Mom is gone now and this reminded me of the fun we used to have. Such precious memories! I miss her so much. I miss those fun times we shared.

I watched this video ages ago and it popped up on my YT feed so I decided to re watch. What fun this trip was, I loved the name of the store The Flying Monkey's !!! I love the brass/gold medal dish that has the figurals on it, what a great score that was. This was as good as watching it the first time, I love you and your mom out shopping together.
