this might not get seen but YES lavender ESSENTIAL OIL is really effective for easing anxiety and for calming in general. But lavender FRAGRANCE is actually worse than useless, as synthetic fragrances mess with hormones. If you want to use lavender essential oil, it's the only one that can really be used 'neat' on the skin, safely. Or get a high quality diffuser (not just a heat/steam one) to actually get the therapeutic benefits.
Magnesium / lots and lots of magnesium is super great for anxiety. From supplements to magnesium salts for the bath. Dissolve some of those ina spray bottle to spritz into skin too. All the ways.. Major help with anxiety.

Lavender is a good scent and it does help cure anxiety for humans, but it is not good for animals especially dogs. If you have dogs, I would be very careful of having lavender scented things around them.
