Neuvilette is the one involved with the people of Fontaines affairs and judges every trial. Furina generally just watches. Remember her own people see her as more of a mascot than a god. They love and respect Neuvillette. They think Furina is cute.

But at the end of the trailer or when the demo shows her Ousia gameplay, she has the hydro vision. Especially in her old movie scene with Clorinde, you can see both her Ousia state with and without vision. There might be a plot twist on how she gets the vision in the next patch.
When I think about her elemental skill after the archon quest it's so sad actually.. She was completely alone for 500 years and even with a vision her skill summons little imaginary friends because she hasn't anyone to talk with

Keep in mind that there will be another new upcoming open world game called Wuthering Waves that will soon be taking away the population away from Genshin Impact you should make a some reaction videos about them
Honestly glad her teaser took care of the serious stuff, Furina deserves to have a fun, upbeat demo
